Low soundproofing windows, small bathtub. Needs improvements. Roof at the checkout near the counter was leaking water but it wasn't rainwater because it wasn't raining.

The beach view
We arrived around 10am, were told they couldn’t guarantee the room to be ready until 3pm which was understandable. They held our bags and we returned at 3pm to be told our room was not ready due to short staffing. We were told 30 minutes, but once returned, still waiting until 4pm. Once In the room, we found our bed request for a king wasn’t fulfilled and got two twin beds. Once at the desk again they explained they do not have king beds even though our request was approved in an email, they placed a topper to connect the beds. We were told towels are available for the beach so we proceeded to the room to change into bathing suits but once at the front desk we were told there was no more towels. Did not recieve towels until we returned from beach. In the morning we asked for an hour extension because of the delayed checkin by 2 hours and were denied.

Loved the beach front access. Everyone was super kind and helpful. It was very clean and my room was very comfortable. Really cute place and great price. I was just here as a long layover to fly out next day. I’m glad I booked it.
