Great location and very friendly staff with lots of great communal space for working, but needs a facelift.
Pros:

We loved the location of the property. Great for hopping on trams and walking all over the city. Loads of great restaurants and bakeries within a few steps. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They responded to questions and problems within 1 minute on their WhatsApp.

Cons:

We found the room a bit tired and lacking of furniture. Could have used a desk and chair in our living room. The bathroom tiles were broken and paint peeling. The floorboards are very noisy and we had to complain about the people upstairs as they were so loud both evenings.

الفندق يتميز بطابعه العتيق والأصيل، مع الحفاظ على النظافة والترتيب بشكل جيد. أكثر ما لفت انتباهي هو تعامل طاقم العمل، حيث كانوا متعاونين للغاية، ودودين، وبشوشين طوال فترة الإقامة.

يحتوي الفندق على مصعد قديم بطراز كلاسيكي يضفي عليه طابعًا تاريخيًا مميزًا. كما يقع المطعم في الطابق الأول، ويُقدَّم الإفطار بطريقة الطلب المسبق، حيث يتم إعداد الوجبة حسب اختيار النزيل، وليس على شكل بوفيه مفتوح.

الغرفة كانت واسعة ومريحة، والحمام نظيف، كما أن مستوى النظافة والتنظيم في الفندق جيد جدًا. يتميز الفندق أيضًا بسهولة وأمان الدخول والخروج، وهو أمر مهم للمسافرين.

أما أبرز ميزة للفندق فهي موقعه الاستثنائي؛ فهو يقع في قلب مدينة لشبونة، ويطل على ساحة رئيسية وموقف سيارات، كما أنه قريب جدًا من أشهر المعالم التاريخية، والشواطئ، وخط الترام التاريخي الشهير. كذلك تنتشر حوله المطاعم، والمقاهي، والصيدليات، والعديد من الأنشطة السياحية، مما يجعل التنقل سيرًا على الأقدام سهلًا وممتعًا.

Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, die Nachbarn über ins haben uns zum Teil nachts 1 Stunde wach gehalten durch umhergetrampel und Möbel geschiebe.

The location with tram station literally in front of the doorsteps and in walking distance of a lot of attractions is absolutely gorgeous!

Cons:

There was a terrible sewage smell in the entire apartment and there were some mistakes done while renovating the shower so that the entire bathroom was flooded.
When we alerted the management team of these issues and kindly asked for a reduction in room rate because this was really not up to the high standards and does not justify the high price for the room, we had a very negative guest experience and they tried to get away with offering a 10% discount on any FUTURE stay, which I found ridiculous.
