Amazing well located Hotel
Pros:

The location is amazing. At the heart of Lisbon you are at walking distance of the main city attractions. Besides that, there is a subway station on the square, so even what is not on walkable distance is reachable through the public transportation.

Cons:

Some of the front desk staff didn't speak portuguese, which is, in my opinion, a serious issue as the Hotel is in Portugal.
The Wifi also needs improvement.

Outstanding pplace to stay except for poor internet service.
Pros:

The location was beyond fabulous. We were close to many restaurants, coffee shops and places of interest. The staff were outstanding with great attitudes and excellent service. Our room was very comfortable and modern, especially significant since the hotel is in a historic building.

Cons:

I would have given all excellent ratings if it were not for the dismal internet service. Staff received many complaints but the hotel did nothing to fix the problem over the almost 20 days that stayed in the hotel on three occasions.
