Fomos colocados em um quarto onde o ar condicionado não funcionou. Pedimos para ir a outro quarto e o segundo teve o mesmo problema. Dois quartos com ar condicionado com defeito e não esfriava. Ao solicitarmos providências fomos informados que i hotel estava cheio e não teríamos opção a não ser aceitar dormir no calor. Dessa forma, optamos por sair e procurar outro hotel na cidade as 21h, cansados após 4h na estrada. Não fomos bem tratados, funcionários da recepção disseram que não tinham o que fazer, inseguros, tiveram resistência para fazer o cancelamento da reserva. Espero que o hotel entre em contato para fazer o estorno do pagamento e seria gentil um pedido de desculpas. Não pretendo me hospedar novamente nessa rede de hotéis.
