Pros:

I liked the location, it was close to the metro station. And i liked hotel shampoo and others. they smelled really nice

I think the deposit is high. And the deposit return refund seems slow. the wi-fi was slow

Unpleasant Stay at Wanda Vista Hohhot
Pros:

During my recent stay at Wanda Vista Hohhot, I was disappointed by several aspects of the experience. The staff was notably unfriendly and appeared either unable or unwilling to communicate in English, which made resolving issues difficult.

Although I was assigned to a non-smoking floor, some guests were smoking in their rooms. Shockingly, despite this being against hotel policy, the staff did not address the issue for an entire week. It was only after escalating the matter through Hotels.com that any action was taken. This lack of responsiveness and enforcement of rules significantly impacted my comfort during the stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a stress-free and accommodating experience. It falls far below the expectations of quality and service that travelers deserve.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not pleasant. The staff were overall unfriendly, and there were no English-speaking personnel available, or they seemed to avoid communicating in English altogether. This made it very difficult to address concerns or receive assistance during my stay.

Despite being assigned a room on a non-smoking floor, my next-door neighbors smoked every day. When I raised this issue with the staff, their solution was for me to move rooms instead of addressing the source of the problem. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking comfort, good service, or an accommodating environment.
