Cons:

We came last year it was exceptional but this year it was extremely noisy, cleaning service was so bad
The buffet used to be a highlight but this time it was repeated lettuce plates and few main dishes that werent well made
Also the outside music was so annoying that lasted all day so loud until 23:00 it sounds like hypnosis annoying waves

Excellent Cesme experience
Pros:

Its a good half board package with great location, kind and helpful staff . Its by one of the best beach of Cesme. Safe and high quality place. Nice spa& hammam experience! Great price performance.

freundliches Petsonal saubere Zimmer Essen sehr reich fein
Nur die Zimmertüren waren laut beim zumachen die Liegen am Strand ohne Kissen und die Strandtücher warenvsehr leichter Stoff die braucht man im Hammam lieber normale Strandtücher sieht auch besser aus sonst ist sehr schön gewesen

Pros:

What we liked most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist who welcomed us was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. After a long and tiring journey, the warm reception made us feel comfortable immediately. The hotel has a beautiful view, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always ready to help. When my friend became unwell, they quickly assisted us, helped arrange transportation to the hospital, and supported us with everything we needed. We are truly grateful for their care, kindness, and outstanding service.

Cons:

We did not experience any significant issues during our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, the staff, and the facilities provided by the hotel.

Booked as a 5-star hotel, but does not meet even 3-star standards

Rooms are very small and uncomfortable

Windows do not close properly; strong wind noise all night

Heating system produces strong cigarette smell. No good option: cold room or bad smell

Bathroom condition is very poor for a 5-star hotel.Only one combined soap instead of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel

Furniture is very old and does not match photos

Food quality is very bad; dinner was not edible, chicken smelled old

Overall: very disappointing experience, not recommended
