Looked alright in the pics until we got there. The room stank of urine! Even the sofa in the living room stank of urine. Didn’t even want to walk on the floor without shoes. It was that bad! Staff was not the friendliest nor the most helpful. The breakfast was dismal. None of the tables were clean. Had to wait for 20mins for tea. Breakfast range was so so. Surrounding area was very office like. Saw Marts but no good restaurants and the one in the hotel was below average.

Enjoyed my stay here. I was on a work trip and the hotel was clean, relaxed and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle outside

Good fpr short stay

They gave me a smoking room. The room key didn't work. The internet didn't work. The air conditioner didn't work. Unfortunately this is the closest hotel to the office that I visit, so I have to stay here again.

I stay here for business 3-4 times a year

Hotel is okay, but not worth the money. No international plugs even though it is high-end hotel, food not great needs improvement. Room size is good enough though. Staff not really helpful when asked for some help.

Breakfast was good. Hotel reception is very poorly managed...not a good value for the money spent.

The staff was quick into solving issues but the hotel condition appeared deteriorated for me. They need to change fixtures and remodel the bath rooms.

They had oversold their rooms. I wasn’t able to check in for four hours even after 2pm and finally had to return at midnight. Then they couldn’t locate my reservation for 10 minutes after I waited 10 hours for my check in. Clueless managers. Unapologetic. Such action would never be tolerated in a more classy hotel. Stay away from this chain.

Its a good Business hotel located very conveniently from many corporate offices. The area has many eateries to choose from and has good options for takeout food.
Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and comfy, service is good.

The rooms are so Clean and spacious. Also, their service is very good and taken care all about customers. Excellent transportation. Close to malls and highways. Awesome.

3rd Grade hotel, even after pre-paying hotel when i reached after a very long flight at 2:00 AM in morning they gave my room to someone else i was strangled my whole business trip was affected due to this

If Orbitz does not black list them from booking I will never Book from Orbitz again you can look at my booking history

We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and layout is really good. The close by market with all small restaurants was fun and had good food. Definitely prefer to stay there again.

Rooms are comfortable. Staff is cooperative and accommodating. The area isn't centrally located. Amenities are fine. The hotel is a bit overpriced but overall a nice stay.

This was an amazing hotel outside of Delhi. We really enjoyed the relaxing feel after spending 7 days in Rohtak and 2 days in downtown Delhi. The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I have Celiac diseases and was very worried about eating. The chef was very accommodating and made meals to fit my gluten free diet. Uber works here so I’d suggest booking your own rides as the hotel is very expensive for a driver. The location is in a business area with no plus ATMs so make sure you have cash. The rooftop pool and patio are amazing.
