AZ Hotel Vague d’Or

Hôtel, super propre. Le personnel est très professionnel. Toujours à l’écoute, j’ai séjourné avec ma fille, seule établissement et plage sécurisé ce qui m’a rassuré le petit déjeuner très varié est excellent pareil pour les buffets du soir en supplément mais ça vaut le coup car très bon à proximité, direct de la plage qui est privée avec des surveillants qui sont aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour seul ou en famille

Le hammam, le sauna et la piscine ne marchaient pas,
Le tapis de la salle de sport aussi était pas fonctionnelle.
J’ai réservé une chambre pour deux personne car je ne trouvait pas pour une personne is mont facturer la taxe de 500 dinars pour de personnes

J’ai adoré l’hôtel est propre standard européen propre et l’es service parfait .
Très bon emplacement en face de la plage .
Buffet petit déjeuner à faire pâlir les hôtels parisien.
Très proche d’Alger et alentours pour des visites.

La clime ne marchait pas , j'ai dû menacer le personnel à plusieurs reprise pour que la clime commence à marcher , le restaurant grand bleu a un personnel trop long et la nourriture est tres grasse , la plage est sale , la seule chose bien c'est quelque personne du personnel qui est gentils sinon hôtel à déconseiller honteux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

I’m really surprised that this is a 4 stars hotel, it needs a lot of improvement, also the stuff needs a training.
I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad. I asked for the bill and I had to wait also a long time, and the same amount of time to get the exchange.
The room was spacious with 2 balconies, but it’s very noisy because the kids are screaming and shouting in the beach, and at night there was some weird guys in the street playing a loud music and dancing.
The area overall doesn’t seem safe.
The electric plug in the room doesn’t work, I figure it out in the morning when I saw that my mobile phone didn’t charged, I had to go to the reception to change it, I informed them, they didn’t take it seriously.
The bathroom sink was blocked by the way.
The carpet in the corridor was so old and smelly.
I really was waiting for the next day to leave, the only reason which stopped me was my work, as I had a night shift and I worked online, and when I tried to rest a few hours after finishing work the bed wasn’t comfortable, so literally I didn’t sleep.

Ce commentaire avec bienveillance pour s ameliorer Personnel de l accueil top. Petit soucis avec le service oressing qui a ete reglé.
Qualite du lit mediocre, certains dysfonctionnements avec le service de chambre, oubli de serviette, oubli de gel douche. Petit dejeuner qui peut etre améliorer dans l'offre avec plus de fruits, variete de charcuterie et pas qu'une, spécialité locale y'en a pas quel dommage quand on vient dans un pays on decouvrir

Bon hôtel Personnels très accueillant et professionnel rien à dire, la literie très confortable, la chambre très propre, hôtel que je conseille vivement pour ça proximité de la plage .

They wanted a proof of marriage this is stupide. The safe innthe room can be open by the maintenance guy with a key, I do not undestand why they call it safe i lost aboutv10000da, they know when you are not in the room. They never clean the floor but they were complsining about one small dirty towel located near the shower. Ther was no door therfore it it is hard to avoid splashing water place the hotel is close to the beach. For the price it does not reflec t the service. The tiny 3 miter squar stinky gym without any ventilation . At the breakfast i noticed chreded carrote and beets were there 5 days with the flyes around for this pricec160 $ canadian you would get almostv5 star hotel in tunisia. Tourisme in algeria is far a way ftom the standatd. I will never go back there and i'm nor recomanding this place

To expensive for what they are offering plus the breakfast is very poor or old food.
