Hotel lindo, equipe muito simpática e acolhedora.
Pros:

O lugar é fantástico! Equipe muito atenciosa e super simpática. Wellignton, Jéssica e Isabele foram muito prestativos. Nos acolheu muito bem. Café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo muito caprichado. Estávamos com um pet e todos foram muito carinhosos e receptivos. Obrigada :)

Cons:

O atendimento foi muito bom, entretanto, há algumas ressalvas que gostaria de fazer:
. Nos disseram que o carro seria lavado e não foi (claro que não é obrigação do hotel lavar o carro, mas, uma vez que disseram que lavaria, o ideal seria fazê-lo) e a promessa foi feita expontaneamente, o que até me surpreendeu;
. O preço das coisas são abusivos. Preço do restaurante, acima da média de um hotel 5 estrelas. Uma água (300 ml) custar mais de R$ 23,00 não faz sentido;
. Na suíte Labelo, a televisão fica tão longe da cama que vc tem que insistir para que o controle remoto funcione (e não era pilha), era a distância da TV que dificultava mesmo.
