Pros:

O hotel tem uma boa localização, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento pela região de Patong. No entanto, minha experiência ficou bem abaixo do esperado, principalmente por conta das diferenças entre o que é anunciado e a realidade.

Começando pela “vista parcial do mar” prometida, isso simplesmente não existe, pelo menos não no quarto em que fiquei. Outra grande frustração foi em relação à política de não fumantes: o hóspede do quarto da frente fumou durante toda a minha estadia, e ninguém da equipe fez nada a respeito. O corredor tinha cheiro forte de cigarro, que inclusive entrava no meu quarto.

O wi-fi também foi um problema. O sinal só funcionava quando eu ficava próximo da porta do quarto, o que inviabilizava o uso com conforto. As fotos publicadas na internet também não retratam fielmente o ambiente: o quarto é escuro, com algumas lâmpadas queimadas e a sacada completamente sem iluminação.

O conforto deixa a desejar, os travesseiros são de qualidade muito baixa, assim como os lençóis, e um deles veio até com um furo de cigarro.

Usei o hotel basicamente para dormir e tomar banho, então acabei relevando todos esses problemas. Mas, sinceramente, não recomendaria para quem espera algo minimamente próximo do que é anunciado.
Não pretendo ficar novamente, numa nova viagem.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. We initially planned to stay for only one week and then try out another hotel in another part of the island, but we enjoyed our stay and the convenience so much that we extended it to last our whole vacation. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, and we were very well taken care of. The view from the 7th floor was really nice, and we enjoyed the window view so much that we didn’t care that there was no veranda. I highly recommend this place for a quiet and good sleep, while still being only a few hundred steps from everything fun.

Pros:

The family was so warm and nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. Even not a new building, but personally, we love the place so much, highly recommended this for those who coming.

Quiet but in need of some TLC.
Pros:

A good location away from the hustle and noise of the main drag in Patong. The hotel is run by a friendly family but is in need of a bit of maintenance. On arrival we did not get offered the advertised complimentary drinks and our allocated rooms did not have the required number of beds for our booking. We were moved to accomodate our party but all the rooms we were in had a damp/musty smell that didn’t go even with the aircon on max. One of our rooms had an electrical fault that was rectified quickly. All in all ok but not as well mintained or as clean as it should be... especially when it's things that are relatively easy to sort

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the Hiran! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean too. Short walk to the beach (5 mins). Would recommend!
