Pros:

Very nearby to eatery outlet

Cons:

Surrounding too noisy, no parking space allocated to customers, need to park further away fr the Hotel. Room size does not meet the standard requirement, so is the attached bathroom. Not free to move around inside the room, very limited space

The room is too narrow. For muslim is very difficult to pray since the kiblat is not straight. Not recommended if you brought your family..

Cons:

Location is close to pub, funfair, and busking. So noisy when at night, so its hard to sleep. Hard to find a parking when at night.
