By the river and friendly staff

Beautiful wooden hotel right on the banks of the Chao Praya river. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with good shower and comfortable bed. My room had a balcony overlooking the canal and river. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent. Will definitely come back.

Just as absolutely beautiful and serene as the photos. We travelled here from Australia and wanted a hotel that would allow us to meet the community, enjoy the view of the river, and still get everywhere we wanted to go in Bangkok easily. Chann Bangkok Noi is a beautiful place with wonderful food, helpful and friendly staff, amazing food and comfortable rooms with world class air conditioning. We’re sad we couldn’t stay longer, but we look forward to visiting again - this is the perfect place for any couples staying in Bangkok to relax.

L’endroit est top! L’hotel est très beau et paisible. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de se faufiler dans les petites ruelles pour arriver à l’hôtel.
Le restaurant est aussi au top et le personnel extremement gentil.
Quel plaisir de prendre un verre au bord de l’eau.

Das Hotel vermittelt das Gefühl in einem Privathaus zu sein, hervorragende Architektur, sehr geschmackvolle gediegene Einrichtung. Eine offene Lounge am Wasser, Ruhe und entzückende Hauskatzen. Die Betreuung war exzellent und hat alle Wünsche zufrieden gestellt. Ich habe umgebucht und komme in drei Tagen wieder.

Kan varmt anbefales hvis man vil opleve Bangkok.
Rigtig fin beliggenhed i forhold til at se nogle af Bangkoks store turist attraktioner, inden for gå afstand.
Og giv jer, den oplevelse at tager en båd tilbage til Hotellet.
Man føler sig næsten hjemme.

The hotel is beautiful, one feels as in the countryside, not in Bangkok anymore. Hearing the waves of the river and the boats makes one feel as on the seaside. Staff very helpful.

The property is unique. Forty meters of the CP River on a busy canal. It’s so peaceful in an old riverside alleyway neighborhood. Very cool, all the way!

We were not informed until after we booked our room, which was non refundable, that this hotel is located in the interior of a local village. We were send a message saying that we would have to have our driver drop us at a parking area and walk the remainder of the way to the hotel. We did not realize until we got there. However, that this was a 10 minute walk through alleyways and quite literally the homes of people. To get anywhere, you are having to walk back out to that parking area to be picked-up by car/motorbike. We did not arrive until later in the evening, when it was completely dark, leaving us to have to navigate to this place through the dark alleyways of a village to find the accommodation. Even our driver told us to be careful walking through that area at night. It is very disconnected from public transportation. The location is abysmal. This was all incredibly misleading, fraudulent at best, because none of this was disclosed until after booking, and the full extent of it not realized until arrival. It's almost as if they know people won't book here if they know in advance (we wouldn't have). We had paid extra for a "garden view" room, only to find our room overlooked the local dump (see photo). When I went to find someone the next morning, no one was around. The desk is not staffed 24 hours. No one arrives until 9 AM (breakfast doesn't even *open* until 9:30 AM? Breakfast is usually ending by then). This is concerning given than anyone can walk into the completely unsecured property off the street and right to the open-air building containing the rooms. This property is very clean and the rooms very cute, which is unfortunate given the rest of the experience. The only positive was that after a frank conversation with the hotel team (via WhatsApp, again, no one at the property), they agreed to contact Booking.com and ask that our money be refunded (it was).

Location on the river and slow neighborhood are perfect. Helpful staff.

The staff were amazing. Above and beyond. Truly amazing. Soundproofing of units would be good. Live music on the weekend- Amazing. A great little place to relax and unwind.
