Very cool hotel and great location in Kyoto!

Cons:

I think the breakfast buffet should be a little better considering how much you pay for the accomodation and the food in Japan is so good! I would stay here and not include breakfast and just eat out every morning.

Nice hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Location is absolutely perfect, the Gion district is ideal for travelers, looking for an amazing Kyoto experience. Property had a really cool vibe. Staff was friendly, although I had little interaction.

Cons:

Felt the room was pretty small even for Japanese standards. But comfortable nonetheless. The breakfast they have there is overpriced and looks low quality, many better coffee shop options locally

The location is amazing. We walked everywhere and barely used the trains during our 5 day stay. The king bed was also a nice feature in a compact room.
