Fantastisch gelegenes Hotel

Die Lage war echt super! Wir hatten sämtliche Busse, und U-Bahnen in drei Gehminuten erreicht. Auch hat man zum berühmten Hokan-Ji und seiner Pagode nicht lange zu Fuss. Es befindet sich direkt im Gion-Viertel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Es ist kompakt und hat alles geboten was man braucht. Es war ein riesiges Bett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns persönlich nicht so zugesagt. Sie haben versucht alle zwei Tage abzuwechseln. Aber im Grossen und ganzen wer es im Vergleich eher mager für unseren Geschmack. Auch haben wir das Personal direkt mit den anderen Hotels verglichen. Die Japaner sind ein äusserst höfliches, respektvolles und freundliches Volk, dieser Flair hat uns im Hotel ein wenig gefehlt. Mich wundert dies aber nicht besonders. Wenn man sieht, wie rücksichtslos, unhöflich und unfreundlich die Gäste sind, kann ich nachvollziehen, wenn man irgendwann die Schnauze auch mal voll hat. Kleines Beispiel: Das Hotel bat uns, nicht mit Hausschuhen (Flip-Flops oder Finken) zum Frühstück zu kommen. Jede zweite Person hat sich nicht daran gehalten und einer hatte sogar gar keine Schuhe an.

滞在目的地からの立地がよく、部屋も広く快適でした。

Cons:

大浴場が温泉というよりスパのような雰囲気だった。レセプションに置いてある駄菓子がもう少し幼い子も食べられるようなものがあるとよかった。

The lobby is very inviting. Its location is convenient to many sites. The onsen is lovely.

Cons:

I felt for the high rates the lobby amenities were minimal. Coffee machine was terrible. The room size was so small, even compared to less expensive hotels in Japan.
