I loved the view so much, and how cozy the whole place feels.

Also, I always looked forward to using their lift, as it’s very unique and cutesy!!! ✨

Cons:

It’s a bummer to draw the curtains at night, especially with a view like that. However, as the room’s facade is made of glass, anyone can pretty much see what’s going on in your room— so you don’t really have a choice but to close the curtains.

We will certainly come back. Strongly recommend the hotel to anyone planning to go to Sapa.
Pros:

The supportive and kind staff specially Ms Grace and Mr Dung who are both are very helpful. Extend assistance beyond scheduled hours. The breakfast is also good with different option to choose.

Cons:

We are satisfied during our stay, nothing to complain about.

Pros:

I liked the outdoors feeling. With the outdoors lift. Large room. Plenty of light, good view of Sapa town. Good hot water system. Buffet breakfast, and also a night restaurant. Lovely gardens.

Cons:

Because it was wet I didn't like the stairs. We were on level9. Two flights of stairs to the lift then you get out at level 7 another 2 flights of stairs to level 9. It was very cold and the aircon wasn't strong enough to heat the whole room or bathroom. We were freezing. Wouldn't recommend to people with joint problems etc. Small bathroom with very low ceiling, very cold and damp. No extra pillows or rugs. No reading material of things to do and see, this would have been helpful. You can't rely on the mobile.
