Cons:

Se nos rompió el bote donde esta el jabón de la ducha, no se por que estaba fuera y cuando me di cuenta ya estaba mojado y al cogerlo se me resbaló, pues nos cobraron 200.000gnd de recargo, contando que la noche cuesta 850.000 es una completa burrada.

Encima nos dieron una habitación que olía fatal, nos cambiaron por una 'superior" que no tenía luz exterior, debajo de una escalera..... un desastre

śniadania bardzo dobre, ciekawe rozwiązanie z kolejką. zostalismy tu tylko jedną noc, ale chętnie zostalibyśmy dłużej. personel bardzo pomocny

biegająca mysz po lobby hotelowym. dla wielu może być problemem wchodzenie po schodach.

Good value for the money
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, nice shower, quiet at night and good variety of breakfast. Very close to Sao Viet offices.

Great hotel, highly recommended!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, super friendly staff, great location and facilities. The swimming pool is one of the best in SaPa!

Cons:

Very little storage or seating in the room. Some drawers for storing clothes and easy chairs would have made the room more comfy.

Pros:

Superb, my family enjoyed so much staying Sapa Village Hotel. The breakfast is delicious, pool is clean, receptionist is so accommodating. Enjoyed the view from our hotel. We love eating on terrace while enjoying the view. ❤️❤️ We'll surely book here if we will be coming back to SAPA.

Pros:

La camera vista città dal terzo piano, doccia ben funzionante, letto comodo, posizionato vicino al centro. Consiglio di prendere la camera sui piani alti.

Cons:

Camera non assolutamente spaziosa come indicato nella prenotazione, I rumori dei lavori di una struttura loro adiacente hanno provocato materiale polveroso sui nostri abiti appesi alle sedie fuori la porta.

Konumu güzel, merkeze yakın. Odalara çıkan sevimli bir asansörü var. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımcı ve ilgililer. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetli. Havuz manzarası gerçekten çok hoş.

Cons:

Kaldığımız katta çalışma vardı ama çok dert etmedim. Fakat 503 nolu odanın cam kenarında ki yatağı kontrol etseniz iyi olur( ahşap yatak kenarlar ve yatak başı sebebi ile böceklenme yapmış) not: ben yine çok dert etmedim :)

El personal muy atento, pero era difícil entenderse, mi inglés tal vez no es muy bueno, pero en otros hoteles me entiendo perfectamente. En este caso, no.
