This hotel is a little gem! Easy location, very helpful staff.
Pros:

The accommodation was great, beds were a little hard, which seems the norm in Vietnam, but still very comfy. Bathroom was nice, hot water is limited to a 10 min shower, but even with teenagers that wasn't an issue. Staff were extremely friendly, they helped us get tickets for Fansipan Mountain with no extra costs involved. Breakfast has a good mixture of food, and there was more than enough to go around. Location was great for us too, not right in the centre so it was nice and quiet, but close enough for a walk or short taxi ride. The little funicular lift to get to the higher floors was a nice novelty!

Gyönyörű,rendezett virágos teraszok,a kilátás is csodálatos a szobából is.
Bőséges reggeli.

Cons:

A lift,nem közvetlenül a recepciótól indul,így egy emeletet gyalogolni kell,ami persze kibírható.

Le Geckoにも近いし、
saovietのバス乗り場も近くて便利でした。

전망이 어느 정도 있어서 방에서 사파 풍경을 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다

Cons:

리프트가 전층을 운행하는 것이 아니어서 반드시 계단을 어느 정도는 오르내려야 합니다 그것 감안하시면 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다

Freundliches Personal, bemüht um Englischkenntnisse.

Cons:

Zimmer war mit Glasfront und Vorhang, beim Reinigen hat das Personal dann den Vorhag aufgelassen 》begrenzte Privatsphäre.
Tote Insekten.
Dreckige, verfärbte Bettwäsche.
Sehr harte Betten.
Dusch-Thermostat ist fast von der Wand abgefallen.

Pros:

Comfortable beds and big, clean rooms.

Close to some things in Sa Pa, like the markets but a 15 minute walk to places like Sun Plaza (which isn't that bad, really).

Cons:

There are lots of steps but some can be avoided by a funicular which runs part way up.
