I am definitely staying back again. hopefully the price stated online must be fixed
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. There were freebies. Breakfast has a variety of food.

Cons:

What I didn't like was that in our reservation was that, the price posted online was 4500+tax is 5100 but there was an additional of 900 for the child. In the system it was clear that 3 persons can stay in a room. Another thing is the elevator, hopefully it can be fixed already. I was staying there with a son who is a PWD. My husband has to carry my son in going up and going down.

Cons:

It’s very dirty and smells horrible. There were cockroaches, yellowish water came out of the faucet, stained carpet and it smelled musty. Stained linen.

Great Family Room with a Few Plumbing Issues
Pros:

Accessible location to nearby restaurants and malls. They got spacious and decent rooms good value for your money.

Cons:

The sink tap only seemed to dispense very hot water, and the cold water did not work despite several attempts to adjust it. In addition, both the sink and bathtub drained very slowly, causing water to accumulate and take quite a while to clear. Hopefully these issues can be addressed, as they would improve the overall guest experience.

The staff as always are so friendly, the rooms are huge with very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The swimming pool area could do with a makeover. Having said that my daughter loves the pool area.
