Hierapark Hotel Pammukale
Pros:

Went here as part of an escorted through Turkey. We had a nice room, but our shower was within the bath (which was very high, so difficuilt to get into when you've got dodgy knees). We noticed ants crawling over the bath edge and shower glass and when I reported it to the guy at reception, he just shrugged his shoulders, so I wasn't impressed. Some of the shower fittings in the room were all broken and needed replacing, and it all looked very tired. The toilet seat was broken and the inside of the bath was very slippery.. The bench/desk in the main room was covered in some dried stuff which looked as though it had been very sticky originally. There was a leak from the gutter immediately outside our room and, as it was raining during the night, there was a constant "Drip, drip, drip" all night!

호텔이 지어진지 얼마 안됐다고 했는데 80년대에 지은 우리나라 관광호텔 같음

Enplacement, à conseiller pour quelques jours de séjour
Pros:

La propreté l’emplacement avec la vue sur les falaises , le spa, au niveau des massages, impeccable, une vraie détente .

Cons:

Les lits au niveau des suites sont un peu étroits, j’aurais préféré un lits un peu plus grand .

Very old and run down. In the middle of nowhere. Nothing around.
Pros:

Hotel is rated as 5 stars not sure who gave that rating. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It’s really run down and old looking. Would be pushing to be 3 stars. Food was very average at best. Had a hamam which was good. Looking out from the balcony was able to see some hot air balloons taking off

Absolutely lovely 5* hotel that lived to its rating unlike some other hotels in Turkiye. The pools both normal and thermal were great, the restaurant plentiful and tasty. They have a very good masseuse from Thailand, worth every penny and more. The room is spacious and nice appointed, has a balcony and stunning views over the countryside. Bathroom was spacious too. Very close to Pamukkale. The only negative we would pick up is the size of the bed, it's a small double and the room is large enough to accommodate a proper king size bed one would expect in a 5* establishment. Aside of that, everything else was perfect and well worth the price.

It’s just stunning
Pros:

Is a good hotel, the view is amazing :) food was great , the buffet was very complete! Coffee was ok ;) The thermal water is very nice and very cute for pictures aswell ❤️…

I had a massage and Turkish bath by Juni and she was very kind and nice I loved the experience it was my first time !

The view is amazing from the room ( or may be the room I got ) also from pool, from the breakfast it’s just gorgeous ….
I put three stars because of the gym, coffee lol, and because I was freezing and needed more conforts or blankets… I had to turn off ac ! So far so good !!!!

Nice experience
Pros:

Room was sapcious and nice view with balcony. The washroom had bath tub. The dinner was average. The live music on pool side was a plus point. Over our experience in this hotel was good.

Breakfast, dinner, thermal pools are all included in the price which I find to be great value for what I paid for! I highly recommend staying at Hierathermal Hotel if you’re coming to Pammukale.

Pros:

Wir fanden es toll, dass man nach einem Tagesausflug noch den Aussenpool und den Warmwasserbecken (Schwefelwasser) bis Mitternacht benutzen durfte, und das in Begleitung von Live Musik unter klaren Sternenhimmel.

Cons:

Überall läuft warmes Wasser aus dem Wasserhan, sodass man sich nirgendwo die Hände oder das Gesicht kalt waschen kann. ( das ist uns bei der Hitze bis zu 45°C sehr abgegangen).
Abkühlung gibt es nur im Pool.

Pros:

Ik eet glutenvrij dus de chefkok Ali heeft voor mij een speciaal avondmaaltijd (uiteraard glutenvrij) bereid. Ze hebben ook speciaal glutenvrij brood geregeld voor het ontbijt. Dat was zeer klantvriendelijk van ze. Verder was de gastvrouw Muzeyyen erg attent en vriendelijk. Eigenlijk was het gehele personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel was schoon, de buitenzwembaden waren dikke prima en er waren zelfs glijbanen wat de meiden helemaal top vonden. Wij hebben genoten!

Cons:

Binnen zwembad werd gereinigd dus deze was gesloten en dat vonden we wel jammer aangezien we graag tijdens de middag hitte graag binnen wilden zwemmen.

Toller Platz zum Wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Hamam und Massage war toll!

Cons:

Umgebung ist nicht belebt, Zimmer eher hellhörig. Badewanne statt Dusche.
Aber das ist alles nicht maßgeblich. Hotel ist super schön.
