Great location, room and bed big, lovely and clean, staff very helpful and nice.
Parking was great, easy to find.
Blinds/curtains inadequate, room way too hot (23-24 degrees) with inadequate/noisy air-conditioning.
Food was very average, I’d probably eat in Exeter next time.
Great location, comfortable and well decorated room, pleasant staff and a tasty breakfast - pancakes were delicious. Just what you want!
No complaints - thought fractionally expensive for an Monday night in quiet season.
location and room were brilliant,
the staff were not overly engaging and a few seemed uninterested especially at breakfast, the breakfast and breakfast service were very poor, probably put us of returning.
Breakfast and dinner at the pub onsite was fantastic and convenient! The staff members were all lovely people. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet
Friendly
Nothing
Everything, stayed before & wouldn't go anywhere else in Exeter
Room good, spacious, clean, and great for a two night stay. Bathroom and shower good.
Great location and quiet.
Lighting quite dim, toilet flush slow.
Rooms very comfy & clean. Pub areas welcoming, warm, nicely furnished .
Breakfast choices were good for our needs
Views of riverside good if facing that direction but other side is the main through road
View of main road
Location was good. Approx 10 minute walk into city centre.
Food was good, but a little expensive for a pub.
Room was not value for money considering it was above a pub. We were on the third floor which meant it was quiet, but definitely not for those with mobility problems. It was quiet a dark room, the river was only visible by standing to look through the window as it was quite high - chest height. We had trouble with heating but staff did say it could be sorted. Room could do with a bi
t of an uplift. Apps on tv couldn't be accessed as no Internet.
We had a great time at the Mill on the Exe. The room was great, as were the main bar and restaurant areas. The food was excellent, both the breakfast and the evening meal. And what made the stay extra special was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Definitely one to revisit!
We loved everything about Mill on the Exe and would very much like to return.
Convenient location, wonderful room, convenient allocated parking, friendly staff, excellent food, great beer.
Due to recent flooding we only got to use the bedroom and had to eat elsewhere
I can’t judge due to recent flooding from the river
Lovely pub on the River Exe and very convenient for Exeter city centre. Also a short walk to the Quay. The staff and food were excellent. Can highly recommend a stay here.
