Veľmi nás sklamal prístup hotela pri riešení vážnej a nepredvídateľnej zdravotnej situácie. Napriek tomu, že sme boli ochotní doložiť zdravotnú dokumentáciu a nežiadali sme nič viac než presun termínu pobytu, hotel nebol ochotný našu situáciu individuálne riešiť.
Zároveň sme nadobudli dojem, že hostia, ktorí si pobyt rezervujú cez Booking.com, môžu byť v porovnaní s hosťami rezervujúcimi priamo cez rezervačný systém hotela znevýhodnení. Nerozumieme, prečo by mal spôsob rezervácie ovplyvňovať prístup k zákazníkovi a ochotu riešiť vážnu, nepredvídateľnú situáciu.
Pri komunikácii so zákazníckym centrom sme sa stretli s arogantným a neľudským prístupom. Namiesto snahy nájsť riešenie sme mali pocit, že spokojnosť zákazníka a jeho individuálna situácia nie sú prioritou.
Preto na základe našej skúsenosti neodporúčame rezervovať pobyty v hoteloch patriacich do siete TMR. Máme pocit, že zákazník v tomto prípade nebol na prvom mieste a že peniaze a obchodné podmienky boli dôležitejšie než ľudský prístup, spokojnosť zákazníka a dobré meno spoločnosti.

Televize, co se posledni den pobytu sama zapnula v 7:20 a zacala vyrvavat ze muzu mit X% slevu na cosi.
Po mensim infarktu jsem ji vypnul a jestli sem nekdy pojedu, vyskubnu ji z elektriky. Pro jistotu
