My stay in this property was a very poor the breakfast was very poor the staffs are not professional in all ramifications. They was so disrespectful They were not friendly. They argue with customer over any little question ask and facilities was very poor the room service cleaning aspect very poor as well. One good thing about the hotel is very neat both entrance and in the floor. In over I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

L’accueil a été vraiment horrible. Dès notre arrivée, mes enfants étaient un peu excités car ils étaient contents. Ils ont fait un peu de bruit, et la responsable de l’hôtel est venue leur demander de s’arrêter immédiatement, sur un ton qui m’a beaucoup gênée.
J’avais envie de partir et, si j’avais eu la possibilité d’annuler ma réservation, je l’aurais fait. Malheureusement, ce n’était pas possible.
Le service était moyen et le petit-déjeuner très décevant. Il n’y avait ni parasols ni chaises sur la terrasse, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué.
De plus, les femmes de ménage venaient nettoyer la chambre, mais les draps n’étaient pas changés.

Příjemný pobyt s jihoitalským vibe
Pros:

Pobyt v Hotelu Miramare byl velmi příjemný. Samotný areál hotelu je udržovaný, čistý a vytváří vhodné zázemí pro odpočinek. Pokoj byl dostatečně prostorný a velmi jsme ocenili funkční klimatizaci. Snídaně byly převážně v typickém italském duchu (dominantně sladké). Velkou výhodou je lokalita z pohledu služeb – obchody i restaurace jsou v těsné blízkosti a k moři je to příjemná 15minutová procházka.

Cons:

Zatímco prostředí hotelu je naprosto v pořádku, jakmile překročíte bránu/plot hotelu, ocitnete se v typické realitě širšího okolí Neapole. Ve veřejném prostoru je poměrně dost odpadků a zanedbaných míst, což může návštěvníka zvyklého na jiný standard čistoty ulic překvapit. Hotel za to samozřejmě nemůže, ale je dobré s tím při plánování počítat.
