il ristorante, non e' un vero ristorante e' uno snack bar con birreria, non molto adatto ai bambini, anche la colazione non era molto soddisfacente, il personale di sala della colazione non e' stato molto accogliente

Przemiły personel służący pomocą

Cons:

Oceniam pokój 103 - okno jest tak nieszczelne, że na początku sądziłam po hałasie z ulicy, że jest otwarte. Do tego miałam problem z całkowitym wyłączeniem światła (sic!). Byłam w tym hotelu wielokrotnie, ale ten pokój był najmniej komfortowy w porównaniu z innymi.

Super für einen kurzen Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super central direkt am Bahnhof und gegenüber der Altstadt. Maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur großen Marienkirche. Straßenbahn-und Bus-Haltestelle direkt am Hotel.

Zero service minded attitude at the reception

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was zero flexibility from the reception staff. Despite apparently low occupancy and a request sent well in advance, we were denied check-in at 1:00 PM and had to wait until 3:00 PM, even though I am in an advanced stage of pregnancy.
The receptionist was pretty nonchalant.
Then we were refused an extra bed, with the suggestion that it could maybe be set up in the morning- no, I’m not joking. According to reception, an extra bed can only be requested in advance because the beds are stored away and the staff goes home at 3:00 PM. Let me remind you that check-in was only possible starting at that exact time.

So, to sum up: no staff available on-site in a four-star hotel and absolutely no cooperation from the reception ("I am only a receptionist").
The only reason we got the extra bed was thanks to the kind PR manager, who happened to show up at the reception.
It’s also worth mentioning that this took place around the holiday period, when hotel prices were approximately 30-40% higher.
