Pros:

The hotel was little old and it is seen in all the furnitures and facilities. The staffs were so friendly .

Pros:

The hotel was available for late check in which was what we needed. When our planes were both delayed contacting the hotel was easy and they were able to stay open for our arrival at 1.15am.

Cons:

When we arrived (at 1.15am) the QR codes would not work to pay for the room and they wouldn’t let us sort it out in the morning. So we had to wonder the streets with ferral dogs until we found a working ATM to withdraw cash. To his credit the night manager did try. We didn’t get to bed till after 2am and had to leave at 6am for a train.

It was below my expectations for the price paid.
Pros:

The personnel was friendly and accommodative. Location of various restaurants and shops were nearby and easily accessible.

Cons:

Room and toilet Cleanliness could be improved.
Room condition in terms of lighting could be improved.
Soap were made available upon request - by right it should have been available.
Hot water was not available continuously throughout the day
