Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Hotel ist mit viel Holz ausgestattet und wirkt sehr einladend.
Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und lecker.
Die Lage ausgesprochen gut.

Cons:

Alternativen bei Milchunverträglichkeiten wären schön, z. B. Ziegen- oder Schafskäse, Milchersatzgetränk fürs Müsli/Kaffee.
Die Matratzen waren unglaublich hart! Für Seitenschläfer wie mich kaum auszuhalten und echt schmerzhaft. Nicht gut schlafen zu können schmälerte die Urlaubsfreude sehr.

Sehr freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten und gutes Frühstück mit sehr leckeren Brötchen.

Toll fanden wir auch, dass wir uns kostenlos Wanderstöcke leihen konnten.

Hier wird Kundenservice wirklich noch groß geschrieben und es herrscht eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Beim Check-in wurden uns umfangreiche Ausflugstipps mit Straßenkarte für die Umgebung gegeben. Man fühlt sich in dem familiengeführten Hotel sofort wohl ! Jeden Morgen gab es eine persönliche Begrüßung an Frühstückstisch. Tolle Frühstücksauswahl, frisch gemachte Spiegeleier oder Rühreier auf Wunsch ( mit und ohne Speck).

Alles hat super geklappt und wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen.
Pros:

Super Lage und sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Alle Wünsche (z.B. zusätzlicher Polster) wurden erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas hart, das ist aber Geschmackssache.

Super zuvorkommend und herzlich, ein ganz tolles Team.
Das Zimmer war super sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf den Watzmann. Sehr zu empfehlen und weiter so.
