O conforto do quarto , e a limpeza , tudo impecável

Cons:

Infelizmente a piscina estava em manutenção, deviam ter avisado no momento antes de fazer a reserva, pois eu fiz a reserva por causa da piscina, mas fora isso, tudo perfeito

O hotel tem restaurante.

Cons:

Após o pedido, a comida demorou 50 minutos para ser servida. O chuveiro estava com problema na água quente. Liguei para reclamar e levaram 50 minutos para dar uma solução... após eu ligar mais três vezes, trocaram-me de quarto. O café da manhã tinha poucas opções e não muito boas...

Bom custo x benefício.
Pros:

Boa localização do hotel, equipe simpática e solícita, bom café da manhã, excelente varanda com linda para o mar.

Cons:

Acordei cedo para viajar e não havia água quente no chuveiro. Quando cheguei me questionaram se meu carro era pequeno, por causa do piso térreo da garagem ter espaço limitado, mas na hora de sair tive que manobrar muito, pois colocaram uma pick-up ao lado do meu automóvel.

Não consegui me hospedar..

Não consegui me hospedar pq a minha reserva foi cancelada por alegarem que o nome da reserva estava diferente do nome no cartão. A reserva foi feita com o meu nome e um sobrenome e o cartão tinha o meu nome completo. Me mandaram msg por aqui para confirmar mas a confirmação nao seguia, nao consegui fazer o processo. Poderiam ter uma melhor forma de resolver isso, visto que eu estava interagindo através do booking, e precisava me hospedar. Mantivessem minha reserva pra pagar na hora, como é feito em outros hotéis. Resumo: 8 horas da noite em Macaé, em uma festa, fico sabendo que não teria onde eu e minha família dormir, a não ser que eu fizesse outra reserva no hotel com um valor mais caro, ja que a opção de quarto que eu havia escolhido antes, não tinha mais.
