Pros:

Buffet breakfast, room was spacious, walking distance to central town, clean and helpful staff, nice views.

Cons:

Limited pool hours, not open all day. Hilly walk home from central town.

Great location, good sized rooms.
Pros:

Really nice hotel in a great location. The staff had good English, making check-in easy (we arrived at 6AM).

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was loud, overly busy with so-so food options. Staff were ok, but not interested in the little things, like “can I get some black tea?” (no). They damaged our luggage and didn’t care at all.

Clean and spacious hotel in a great location but unfriendly staff and very low grade breakfast.
Pros:

Terrific location just out of Sapa town, a 5 minute walk down (10mins back given the hills). Rooms were really spacious and very clean.

Cons:

Staff were less than friendly, some plain old rude, especially the man that was guarding the breakfast door. We were travelling with 3 children (7, 10 and 12) and one of the draw cards was the fact that the hotel had a pool but the pool is only open from 6am to 9am and then 4pm to 8pm. So during the day there was no option at all. The morning hours clashed with breakfast time for our family so we missed that slot and then usually of an evening we were out at dinner, so again missed that time slot. Pool is also so heavily chlorinated my kids had sore eyes and there was lots of rules about what you could not do - no jumping at all (guards on duty to ensure this is followed).
The breakfast was OK but only just, very limited options and poor quality from what we tried. The egg station was ok though and the egg chef helpful. Make sure you’re there well before they close breakfast at 9am as they start packing up about 15mins beforehand and there is no option to extend.

De locatie was prima

Cons:

* Mensen zwemmen in ondergoed ipv zwemkleding. Wordt door hotel niks aan gedaan

* Restaurant biedt een westers menu aan. Wanneer je hiervan een chickenburger besteld krijg je een broodje met 2/3 harde stukjes kip.

* Bedden zijn verschrikkelijk hard, alsof je op een plank ligt

* Blaffende honden ‘s nachts rondom het hotel.

* Personeel kan geen Engels

* Ontbijt is heel karig. Sommige dingen wat warm hoort te zijn is gewoon koud

Great views to the mountain, but outdated
Pros:

View from the window, warm water in the swimming pool,

Cons:

Outdated, need some repairs, including pool. We were charged one night amount for early check-in. The guy in the registration didn’t speak English, it took as 1 hour to finally go to our room. The floor in the room was dirty. Breakfast could be better.

Location was good. Only 5 minute downhill walk to centre of Sapa.

Cons:

This property is all about bus load after bus load of tours. Extremely noisy all the time, they need to tell the male tour guides to stop yelling. very little English. Breakfast was very average if you wanted basic western food, coffee was cold, juice containers empty. This is a 2.5 star motel. Overrated and overprice. If you want a comfortable couples motel Don’t Stay here !!!

Ignored on arrival standing in front of reception counter.
After a few minutes he looked up and just said passports like he was immigration official.
First breakfast was like a war zone.
Supervisor wandering around pretending to be busy not seeing any of the unclean tables.
Section of restaurant closed off to guests even though there were no tables available.

Pros:

Das Bett ist so hart man könnte auch auf dem Boden schlafen. Das Rauchen auf dem Balkon ist verboten. Gratis Spa wurde nicht angeboten und Zimmerupgrade auch nicht erhalten.
Das Personal war freundlich. Das Gym und der Pool hat sehr spezielle Öffnungzeiten. Von 7 am bis 9 und dann erst wieder ab 4pm.
