Very close to the main street where there were plenty bars, restaurants and temples to visit. Air-conditioning worked fine.
Two bottles of water to the apartment every day
Free tea, coffee, juice and biscuits in reception for guests to help themselves to.
I would recommend this hotel if you were staying in Ubon for a few days

Prima plek voor een overnachting

The stay was great but the bathroom drain was clogged in both bathroom and the toilet seat was lose but AC worked great. I didn’t like that they didn’t provide a microwave

While the property had cheap room rates, the lack of dining and the general facilities were limited.

この値段のホテルでは珍しくシャワーのお湯が熱く湯量も多い。
受付も親切でパクセ行きのバスターミナルまでのタクシーを頼んだら5分で到着した。

No elevator. Had to lug suitcases to 2F.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und unkompliziert beim checkin,-out. Gute Lage Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des nightmarket.

Service was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, functional, and comfortable. I was fully satisfied. I especially appreciate the roomy, free parking on-site.

What used to be a great 3 star hotel, has itself go. The bathroom was dirty, no in room hot drinks. No help with luggage. Dining facilities non existant. Make your own coffe in a schoolroom canteen.
After staying her for 8 years, we will look elsewhere

It was ok. You get what you pay for here so don't expect much. Not much to complain about other than some barking dogs next to the property that woke us up.

Det jag blev besviken på var att man säger i informationen att man har restaurang med inriktning på Thai-mat och frukost. Inget av detta fanns. Ett mc-bud kom med frukosten till hotellet. Den var också en besvikelse.

The rooms are dusty and the towel has dirt. It seems like the rooms had not been used for a while and were not refreshed prior to our stay. The most disappointing was the water from the shower does not get so hot! It was very cold (up to 16 degrees in the morning and evening) and showering was hard. They eventually transferred us to new rooms which have better shower but the state of the rooms are the same. But the staff at the reception is very helpful - they help us get taxi or heat our leftover when we request.

The property is very centrally located, just a short walk to the City Pillar and central park.

My room was very spacious, clean and had a great firm mattress. The bathroom was huge and the shower worked well providing hot water at a good pressure.

The hotel does have a restaurant, but I did not eat there in the evenings. For breakfast there are a number of options. The "American Breakfast" was standard.

The highlight for me was the friendly owner/manager, who was always there to greet me each morning. Nothing like starting the day in a good frame of mind. He provided generous help and assistance in organising a trip to the national park and other sites near the Laos border. What a star he is!

I cannot find fault with this hotel and would definately stay here once more if I ever pass through Ubon again.
