Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are well designed and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the 14th floor spa. Well located to the train station and local sights and restaurants walking distance.

location perfect, not so sure on everything else, will,not add the photos of the walls as I dont see
Pros:

Liked the location, very convenient to most transport options, shops and walking distance to down town. Good restaurants within few minutes walk

Cons:

self check in, its terrible, no one there to ask questions, not very personal. Room was ok but walls were dirty and some mold in one corner. Only 1 bottle of water provided on the 1st day, most hotels in Japan give new ones each day. Breakfast facilities were terrible, they could not cope with the volume from the hotel as well as people off the street. Missed breakfast 3 days as the wait to eat was ridiculous.

Localização e ajuda no despacho de bagagem pelo Takkyubin. A funcionária foi absolutamente impecável

Cons:

O sistema de check in semi automático. Não é ágil apesar da ajuda do staff

Cons:

Great that there is a washer dryer but the dryer was pretty useless.
Stag were super nice but there was a big coffee? stain on the fridge when we arrived in our room.

Great location, clean room and a comfortable stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Tawaramachi Station, making it easy to travel around Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, a very convenient place to stay while exploring Tokyo.

Cons:

The room was a little small, especially when opening large luggage. However, this is quite common for hotels in Tokyo and it wasn’t a major issue.

Pros:

כן יאמר לזכותם שהצוות היו מקסימים ועזרו במספר מקרים שנזדקננו לתירגום, שמירת מזוודות או הסעה. בנוסף העניקו מתנה חמודה לכבוד הירח דבש.

Cons:

לצערנו בחרנו בחדר יחסית זול וקטן- אבל לא ידענו עד כמה.. חדר מאוד מאוד קטן ברמה שאי אפשר לפתוח אפילו מזוודה אחת ובקושי טרולי. מאוד לא מומלץ. החדר עצמו עם מתקנים ישנים ועם מערכת מיזוג מרכזית לכל הבניין ככה שאין אפשרות לשלוט אם המזגן יהיה על חום או קור בחדר. לא אהבנו את המקום בכלל- גם כשביקשנו להחליף לחדר גדול יותר, נאמר לנו שהמלון בתפוצה מלאה ושזה מה יש. בנוסף לא היה אפילו לובי במלון שאפשר היה לשבת בו והיינו חייבים לשבת בבית קפה בתשלום. המיקום גם לא אידאלי ולמרות שקרוב לתחנת רכבת הוא נמצא באזור בטוקיו שנחשב די מת בשעות הערב.
