Pros:

The cleaning lady on level 5 was very friendly and greeted us every morning. She checked if we needed fresh towels or other amenities and her warmth made our stay feel extra special.

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof. Though it was mostly quiet sometimes we could hear loud noises that sounded like people throwing luggage around at all hours.
