Pros:

The room was sanitised so it was very clean and smelled nice.

Cons:

I could hear the noise of the chair being dragged upstairs so the chair rubber ferrules should be a solution to minimise the squeaky noise.

Cons:

The noise from the surrounding rooms is very loud after 10:00 PM. The room next door keeps opening and closing its door non-stop. The walls are not soundproof at all, and the other guests are very rude.
