Had a very blessed moment, enjoyed a lot with my family, staff were very polity, clean place to enjoy around, food was very delicious.

Hotel has a good location, beautiful spacious.rooms, great dining but most importantly I highly recommend this hotel due to the amazing staff, especially Bhupendra Singh, while he is a trainee he appears as a very experienced front desk employee, he is professional, extremely helpful and will go the extra mile for guests to have an amazing, memorable stay.
I fell ill during my stay however Bhupenedra also regularly checked in on me and my family, asssited us with places to visit and really looked after us.
As a foreigner visiting your hotel, Bhupendra has great international standards and has an extremley great mannerism with guests.
I will stay here again.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Room sizes are big and value for money. Location is decent and on the main road so commute has no issues

Room ok. Service atrocious.....Ordered a clear asian veg soup. It ame after 1 hour but only after calling on telephone and that too Non Veg Manchow from the buffet counter came. Really sad and bad. Reply....we forgot. And on top of it paid for the same.

We hosted my brother in law's wedding at this hotel and booked atleast 40 rooms for our stay. Very nice hospitality, prompt services by the whole staff and very accommodating to all our needs. Ramhans ji made it very easy to manage the whole wedding planning and everyone went beyond their duty to help us have a great time! Everyone appreciated the hotel staff and food! Thank you for making it memorable!!

Stayed here in family function. Right from reception to everywhere smiling faces can be seen. Ambiance is colourful and eye appealing. Room was specious and comfortable bed. Food in bazaar restaurant was very tasty and wide variety one can found. Superb breakfast spread. Many healthy dishes were there, vegetable juice, fresh fruit juice,detox and infused water etc. We enjoyed sunday brunch as well. Wast spread and live counters were there. Special thanks to poonam and Kavita led by manager vikram singh. There was a offer buy one and get another free. Overall we have enjoyed a lot. I will recommend everyone if you are in jodhpur please try to stay at vega by the ozone hotels, thanks vega for your services.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a top-category room — large, spacious, and very comfortable. Room service was super fast and efficient. Breakfast was very good, and the dinner buffet was excellent. Special mention to Kavita at dinner — she was attentive and provided great service. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We stayed at The Vega as part of a tour. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and programs listed on a bulletin board in the lobby, but the reality fell far short.
The hotel is located on a busy road in Jodhpur but not walking distance to interesting to do or see. Because of the traffic noise, we asked for a room that faced away from the street. It turns out that all the rooms face parallel to the street, so we ended up with a corner room that also had windows facing the back. It had a layout that is different from the photographs of other rooms in the hotel, notably because there is venting that runs through a corner of the bathroom, meaning that the sink is stuffed into a tiny space next to the door with essentially no counter space. The room was also dirty and in disrepair: the only space to put bathroom belongings hadn't been cleaned in awhile, other areas were downright filthy, there were holes in the walls and greasy forehead and handprints on the windows, the carpet in both the room and hallway were badly stained, and we discovered upon leaving that even sheets were stained. Gross! In addition, the water pressure in the shower cycled up and down constantly (as if there was a pump that raised the water pressure every 5-10 seconds but that then rapidly diminished, such that the water came out in bursts), which was quite annoying.
The pool looks pretty in photos, but it's actually located in an airless underground space separated from the hotel (one has to exit the hotel and enter a small building then walk down several flights of stairs). The pool area was empty because others probably felt stifled from the heat and humidity as we did. With nothing to do and time to kill before dinner, we decided to check out the "Thirsty Thursdays" beer deal (advertised as sold at MLP plus tax) and the "Happy Hour," both which were advertised in multiple areas of the hotel. But at the bar, we were told that they "didn't have" a Thirsty Thursday deal and that the happy hour was only for Corona beer and whiskey.

On a positive note, the buffet dinner was the best meal of our trip (lots of variety plus made-to-order "appetizers" that were a meal in themselves), and the breakfast buffet was also good (although it was a struggle to get coffee, which was not self-serve). And the room had a seating area and a mini-refrigerator and the fixings to make a cup of hot tea or coffee.

Hi I am,writing my review for the restaurant BAZAAR in the hotel...me and my family,love to enjoy Sunday lunch buffet at Baazaar restaurant at Vega. It's the only favorite of my daughter from last 4 years. The taste the service the quality is always on 5 star rating from last 4 years till today. You will always find new varieties in Bazaar restaurant.

My special thanks to the manager Vikram and his team whose hospitality insist ys that we never feel like finding an option in reference to Bazaar.

Personally I will recommend to all,who visit or localities please visit and see rhe ser ice provided by Mr. Vikram and his team Bilaal and others

The overall experience at the hotel was amazing. The entire staff right from the reception to the room service takes very good care of the people staying there. Behaviour of everyone was very nice, especially Prakash and Bilal from the restaurant.
