Schönes und sauberes Hotel in toller Lage in der Altstadt
Pros:

Top Hotel an sehr zentraler Lage. Perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Alles "touristische" in Gehdistanz.
Freundliches Personal und das ganze Hotel war sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Spart euch den Taxidienst vom Hotel. Kam bei uns zu spät (kann passieren) aber war doppelt so teuer wie ein Uber.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff were really good. Helder in particular was extremely helpful. Everything was clean and the hotel communicated well when our rooms were ready to check-in.

Cons:

Breakfast was boring. The coffee machines showed errors that cleaning was required. I didn't feel like drinking it because of this.

Pros:

Bardzo czysty i nowoczesny hotel. Choć za oknem znajdowała się ruchliwa ulica, to przy zamkniętych oknach prawie nie słychać odgłosów z zewnątrz. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Brak miejsca do darmowego napełnienia butelki z wodą.

Buena Ubicación
Pros:

Su ubicación, estás muy cerca de todo, en la misma calle hay muy buenos cafés y restaurantes. Y es de fácil acceso desde estación de Trenes y aeropuerto. La habitación del tamaño preciso pero el baño muy amplio y excelente ducha. Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

Sentí que el personal de la recepción podría ser más amable y estar más atento a las necesidades del huésped , muchas veces entramos y estaban sentados en la oficina que tienen a la derecha y no se molestaban en saludar.

Really nice stay and we’d like to have stayed longer
Pros:

We asked in advance about gluten free at breakfast and staff at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful in advising the choice of gluten free breads etc. Excellent choice of fruit, cheeses, yoghurts, nuts, seeds etc

Cons:

It was appreciated that we were also told that the sausages contained gluten but perhaps they could be kept separate from the bacon and mushrooms so that there would be more gf choice instead of only being able to have the eggs? Just an observation and not a complaint

An excellent choice when staying in Porto
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We opted for a superior room which had the most efficient AC system we have ever found in a room. It was so quiet but did the job perfectly. Other amenities included water in the room, well fitting curtains, a very comfortable bed, slippers, a safe, plenty of hanging space, good bedside reading lights. The bathroom was also excellent with plenty of space and amenities.

Breakfast was good and the staff were all very helpful. It only lacked one thing and that was coffee in the room

The location is on a quiet street very near lots of good restaurants and a Thai bar across the road where a large beer and a glass of wine was 7 euro! It is less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Porto

Would highly recommend this hotel, 11 euro ride from airport
