É sempre bom ir ao Porto, comer uma francesinha, nos vários restaurantes que a cidade tem.
Pros:

Já fiquei diversas vezes nesse hotel, tem uma localização excelente, muito acolhedor, confortável, com um bom pequeno almoço, ideal para quem quer visitar o Porto e deslocar-se a pé pela cidade.

Emplacement top, très proche de tout.
Réceptionniste très agréable et à l’écoute.
Chambre propre.
Petit-déjeuner bien garni. Le vrai gros plus : les horaires du petit-déjeuner, jusqu’à 11h en semaine et 11h30 le week-end, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

Cons:

Lit et matelas en très mauvais état. Drap taché le premier jour.
La femme de ménage nous a dérangés plusieurs fois mais c’est de ma faute j’aurais dû penser à accrocher le panneau « ne pas déranger »).

Nos encantó la ubicación. El sitio era muy acogedor y moderno a la vez. El personal súper amable. Estaba todo limpísimo.

Cons:

Por poner una pega, en la habitación no había smart tv (había una televisión normal) lo que nos falló un poco.

La atención, trato, amabilidad, disponibilidad y servicio sobre todo de HELDER MOTA y también de Diana. Muchas gracias por todo, han sido muy muy buenos profesionales.
El desayuno muy completo, estupendo.

El cambio al hotel que recibimos fue mejor en todo sentido
Pros:

Lo que me gustó fue que por error de alguien, a pesar que el hotel estaba totalmente pagado con anticipación al llegar NO tenían espacio para nosotros y tuvieron que enviarnos a otro hotel
