Descaso e desrespeito com o hóspede!!

Fizemos a reserva no Hotel Lancaster como sendo um hotel 3 estrelas; esperando um dos melhores de Teófilo Otoni. Tivemos uma estadia de sábado a segunda, e o nosso quarto não foi limpo em nenhum dia. Estendemos a nossa diária, mas de sábado ( momento de entrada) a segunda meio dia ( momento da saída sem essa extensão); o nosso quarto não foi limpo, o lixo do banheiro não foi tirado, as toalhas não foram trocadas , papel higiênico não foi reposto, sabonete, shampoo.. absolutamente nada. Um hotel 3 estrelas, de avaliação ótima no Booking e não tivemos a cama arrumada. O lixo se acumulou no nosso quarto. Paguei uma das melhores suítes, para ficar em um total descaso. Uso bastante o Booking e nem em pousadas mais simples que já me hospedei vi uma situação dessas; sem pedido do hóspede , em três diárias o quarto não ser nem limpo. O hóspede nunca tem que pedir um serviço de quarto, tem que ser o oposto. Não tive uma boa experiência, muito antes pelo contrário. Não recomendo por motivo, atenção ou nada que o hotel venha a justificar. Situação de descaso e desrespeito injustificável. Experiência horrível, descaso. Se um hóspede é tratado dessa forma, com essa atenção; não posso recomendar. Quem faz o nome e a avaliação do hotel é o próprio hotel com o seu serviço e atendimento. Então… nota 0 e sem recomendações

Cons:

Não tem um suporte para colocar a mala e no banheiro além da pia ser muito pequena não tem nenhum lugar para pendurar roupa.

Hotel com boa localização, muito limpo e pessoal da recepção muito educado e prestativo, nos deram dica de lugar para tomar um lanche a noite e foi ótimo!

Cons:

Ficamos no segundo andar, quarto 220. A noite foi difícil, o ar condicionado é barulhento, dava a impressão de armar e desarmar a noite toda, além de escutarmos outros barulhos, como se tivessem abrindo e fechando algum armário, no andar superior, ou quarto ao lado, não consegui identificar direito.
Como eu tenho sono leve, me incomodou muito.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf midden in het centrum

De locatie, midden in het centrum, was schitterend.
Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker.
Zeer vriendelijk en competent onthaal en de service is fantastisch. Ik had gevraagd om al voeger een kamer ter beschikking te krijgen, daar werd snel positief op geantwoord en er werden geen extras voor aangerekend
