Pros:

Schoon en zeer betaalbaar. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

30 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Voor ons geen probleem.. maar voor iemand die niet makkelijk wandelt misschien wel.

Schönes Hotel in Trier!
Pros:

Schönes sauberes Zimmer, neues großes Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche, Zugang über Aufzug möglich! Parkplätze an der Unterkunft vorhanden! Sehr gutes Frühstück! Im Restaurant kann man sehr gut zu Abend essen!

Ne respecte pas les surclassement booking

L'endroit est sympa et calme. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Il y a beaucoup de choix

Nous étions surclassé par booking et nous n'avons pas eu ce surclassement. Une personne de l'accueil nous a dit qu'il y avait une chambre disponible, voulait nous la montrer et une autre personne avec une casquette a dit non et nous a dit qu'aucune chambre supérieure n'était disponible et nous a dit qu'il y avait ma réservation booking et leur planning et que ce n'étaitpas forcémentla mêmechose.... Ensuite la personne plus sympa nous a emmené à notre chambre, s'est excusé et nous a dit qu'il y avait eu une erreur lors de la réservation par leur service. Le lendemain, à la réception, après explication, la réceptionniste a été voir le patron qui ne s'est pas déplacé jusqu'à nous, alors que juste à côté... elle nous a remboursé une toute petite partie de notre nuit...

Le petit déjeuner est excellent : il y en a pour tous les goûts. L'hôtel est excentré mais plaisant et en pleine forêt : c'est très joli.

Cons:

Le service au restaurant est un peu expéditif. Le ménage dans la chambre est perfectible

Pros:

Ein ungewöhnlich gutes Frühstück. Ein super Zimmer. Wir werden dort gerne wieder übernachten. Wir durften sogar ein Lunchpaket für die Fahrt mitnehmen. Der Hund musste nicht zahlen. Einfach klasse und nah zu Autobahn.

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn am Tisch ein kleiner tischabfsalleimer gestanden hätte dann wäre es am Tisch übersichtlicher geworden wenn der Abfall direkt weggelegt werden könnte.
