Loved the walkable location, great hotel with a cool vibe. Nice bed and bathroom. Staff was so friendly and helpful
Air conditioning was not quite cold - had trouble sleeping
The location
The room, the linen, the lights, the windows on everybody. No glass to drink some water, a cheap paper cup paid over 400.- for 2 nights to drink tap water from a paper cup. PAPER CUP. How is this even legal in a hotel.
The staff greeting on reception was excellent. The room was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was small but well equipped. The breakfast was a decent continental offering .
The only negative comment I could say is for the amount of people staying in the hotel they could have done with a bigger area to lay out breakfast it got quite congested.

This was definitely a hotel and not a motel. Location was excellent, close to all the city attractions and lake. The price was fair for Zürich.
The criteria of my needs for this Zurich visit was perfectly met and satisfactory in every way!
