Da scegliere soprattutto per la posizione
Pros:

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla Altstadt, dalle principali stazioni e dal lago (tutto e meno di un quarto d'ora di cammino).
Colazione molto buona.
Bel bar.
Pulizia nella norma.

Cons:

Ho chiesto al personale di mettere a posto la maniglia del bagno (si sfilava) e di controllare ed eventualmente sostituire la batteria della cassaforte (non funzionava).Nessuna delle due cose è stata fatta. Data la brevità del soggiorno ho preferito non insistere
Il sistema TV/portale dell'albergo incredibilmente lento.

Ideale Lage in der Altstadt, auch fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Ruhiges, angenehmes Zimmer, zeitgemäße Einrichtung ,sehr basic. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Freundliches Personal. Besonders gut die green choices.

Pros:

Die Tage in Zürich waren wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr professionell und alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hotel haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, fast wie zu Hause.

Péssima experiência.

Localização.

Cons:

O quarto para o casal tinha apenas uma toalha e um edredom pequeno. Ao solicitar outra toalha e outro edredom fui muito mal atendido. O quarto não tem frigobar nem telefone para contato com a recepção. Não gostei da falta de itens minimos e do atendimento prepotente e arrogante da recepção.

Comfortable and good value for money!
Pros:

This is my second stay here; I find the rooms to be very Comfortable and spacious, and a friendly staff makes the difference! I must also mention the good location! 👌🏼

Cons:

The rooms could be equipped with a minibar - and this time, the room was a bit hot and I was told “the AC system was not on given the time of the year”, so I should “try opening windows to see if it gets better”.
