Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff
Pros:

The place is beautiful and the staff were really helpful and friendly

Cons:

Our room was on ground floor beside the breakfast area, it was quite loud sometimes in the morning. The hotel did provide earplugs, and I suspect this challenge would be the same in other similar style hotels. Not sure what more could be done

Close to everything. Easy to walk. Breakfast had good options. Staff were amazing… helpful, kind and pleasant. Art and decor was charming.

La localisation, le style, le personnel, les bouteilles d'eau offertes à tout moment de la journée, les petites attentions, les lits très confortables, le chocolat chaud le matin, ...

Cons:

Il pourrait y avoir quelques transats et tables basses dans la cour pour profiter du soleil l'après-midi, cela ajouterait encore un petit plus, pour le reste c'est vraiment un top endroit avec de beaucoup de super œuvres d'art qu'on peut acheter et des fresques murales superbes 🤩

Simply perfect stay in Oaxaca city
Pros:

NaNa Vida was the perfect place for our stay in Oaxaca city. Every staff member was always friendly and generously available for assistance. The hospitality was thoughtful and top notch. The entire hotel, quaint and artistic, is a lovely experience in and of itself. Our room was very clean, with lovely natural lighting, and spaciousness. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful during our stay, considering we were in such a central location in the city. It was so easy to walk from the hotel in any direction and enjoy what the city had to offer. Our stay was everything we hoped for on our trip. We are so grateful.

Pros:

No es un hotel de cadena grande, y creo que por esto se diferencia, staff amigable, habitaciones con lo necesario, decoracion muy bonita, buena comida y detalles que ningun otro hotel tiene.

Tal vez la presion y temperatura del agua de la regadera

Estancia y personal inmejorables 💯

Me encantó todo. El alojamiento me da aires de paz y el sonido de los pájaros la aumenta. En cuestión al personal, todos nos trataron de manera inmejorable, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Agradecer en especial a Christian, Luz, Evelyn y Humberto, los cuales se mostraron atentos a cualquier solicitud y siempre nos ofrecían hidratación cuando llegábamos de un día de paseo, sin duda son gestos que uno agradece. Agradecerle en especial a Christian y a Luz, los cuales nos atendieron en el bar y nos daban cacahuates siempre con esa sonrisa característica. No hay que dejar atrás a las cocineras; Doña Magui y doña Francisca, sin duda la comida deliciosa y se notaba que la hacían con cariño, que Dios les bendiga esas manos!!

Términos generales el hotel, sus habitaciones, sus amenidades, su personal y demás fueron increíbles. Sin duda alguna en pocos lugares he sentido una atención y un hospedaje tan ameno y agradable en todos los países donde he estado. Agradecer también ese jabón artesanal al inicio del la reserva y por los obsequios que nos dieron al final de nuestra estadía. Sin duda alguna hicieron de nuestro viaje a Oaxaca sumamente maravilloso.

Volvería a Oaxaca y a este hotel sin dudarlo dos veces!💯

Great location with easy access to most tourist areas. The room was charming in the style of the city and the staff was outstanding. Having acces to a spa with very reasonable prices was also a plus.
