Beautiful hotel and location is perfect. everything within walking distance.
Pros:

Staff was incredible, always helpful and very nice. Especially Christian at front desk was amazing. Also the security guard working overnight was a great help (i forgot his name). They made sure we had everything we needed. Staff/Hotel even gave us a couple gifts which was very nice of them. We needed some toothpaste since i forgot it at home and they provided that with no extra cost. breakfast was delicious as well. Hotel looks beautifully maintained and the courtyard is so nice to have breakfast in.

Cons:

I am pretty tall and the bed was a little small for me. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Buena ubicación, relación calidad precio mejorable

Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación.El hotel está bien ubicado, en una calle céntrica y cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. Es una casa bonita, con decoración rústica y en las habitaciones hay piezas de artesanos locales. Las camas son cómodas y amplias. Tiene un patio muy agradable donde se sirven los desayunos. El personal es sumamente atento y amable. Se nota el esfuerzo del hotel por agradar, dan un detalle de bienvenida y también de despedida. Pedimos cambio de habitación porque la que nos tocó era oscura y muy cerca de la cocina y nos dieron otra sin ningún problema, además de bonificar una noche por un fallo en el servicio de internet durante la estancia.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación es bastante básico,no tiene presión de agua y huele a tubería. Señal wifi débil, aunque según nos indicaron debía de tratarse de un fallo puntual. Precio alto para la calidad de las habitaciones y del desayuno, se vende como hotel boutique pero no está al nivel de lo que sería un hotel boutique en otros lugares. Se corresponde más bien con un hotel sencillo con encanto. El personal, aunque amable , se nota que no es profesional de la hostelería, tanto por la indumentaria como por la forma de atender.

Warm and welcoming
Pros:

The hotel's location and its authentic atmosphere made our stay a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Climatisation silencieuse, chambre spacieuse, personnel agréable et très attentionné. Soft drinks à discrétion. Petit déjeuner continal copieux avec supplément raisonnable pour le chaud et café à volonté dans une cour ombragée agréable.

Wonderful, authentic Oaxacan boutique hotel
Pros:

This is a wonderful, very quaint, culturally rich and authentic Oaxacan hotel. We loved all the special touches- hand-made soap, welcoming and departing gifts, the natural gardens, the local art, simple and delicious breakfast. Amazing service with very attentive staff. I would highly recommend this to any traveler

Wonderful stay & location
Pros:

Nana Vida stay was excellent with a great room, clean bathroom, and a great location close to everything. The atmosphere was so calm but luminous of culture and always felt safe. The staff greeted us with a super friendly demeanor and were always attentive of our needs. They gave us a map of all the places we should visit around town and even a gift at the end of our trip. We had a great stay and a good value for my few days stay in the hotel. I will be back!

Bright contemporary vibe in characterful and colourful Oaxaca hotel
Pros:

After 'doing heritage Yucatan', we wanted a completely different non-historical hotel experience. NaNaVida completely fitted the bill. We loved the clean bright, young, vibrant, slightly off-beam vibe in the hotel in the common areas and rooms. In particular our spacious room had great modern furniture and colourful contemporary artwork by local artists, which contributed both a calming and energising atmosphere. The room and bathrooms were very clean, and stylish. It was also charming to have a bench outside the room overlooking trees and the central courtyard to sit in the cool of the evening..

The courtyard - used at breakfast - was shady and a good place to sit and read or plan your day. The hotel is on a busy street, but once through the gate and through to the foyer area and courtyard it was very quiet especially at night. It was conveniently located - walking distance from the major sights - cathedral, main square and near some of the best restaurants. .

The staff were a young team who were very attentive, friendly, and spoke very good English, who were happy to interact with us, giving the place a slightly 'clubby' feel. We liked the arrival gift of soap in interesting scents. And we were so pleased that they found us a kettle to use in the room, and provided ice in the evening to cool tired feet.

Cons:

Very little. A small thing - we requested an extra case stand and we would have loved to have had a fridge in the room without changing the designed look of the room. Only a swimming pool could have made it even better! But there is currently no room.
