Big room and nice bed

Cons:

I was told during the check out that they were sending the invoice by mail and they didn’t. I asked for it several times and always the answer was that it should be booking who provided it. Booking says that it should be them by contract. One way or another 2 weeks after my stay, still have not the invoice.

Sehr erlebnisreich und toll.
Pros:

Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und Hotel wae sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Leider gab es nur ein Valletparking vom Hotel, welches 69 Dollar pro Nacht kostete. Ich fände es schön, wenn man das Auto selber parken kann, gratis.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly. The rooms were large with a comfortable bed and nice outdoor patio area

That it felt safe and was close to so many restaurants and bars.
The rooms were big and spacious and the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

The valet was pretty expensive per night.
I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower or from the basin it was low and difficult to wash your hair properly. The patio door was also difficult to lock and we had to get someone to help us lock it.
There was also an incident where the fire alarms were activated by a group of kids filming and it was going off for 2 hours in the rooms before the fire brigade could disarm it. Once that happened we could still hear the fire alarm in the car park from our rooms which continued all night and was still going when we checked out at 9am the next morning. It was very inconvenient not to mention concerning that even the fire brigade couldn’t disarm it.

Ótima opção em West Hollywwod
Pros:

Ótimo hotel! Quarto do ótimo tamanho, muito limpo e camas muito confortáveis! Banheiro muito bom também!! Localização boa com algumas opções de restaurantes por perto. Academia pequena mas ok!

Cons:

Senti falta de uma cafeteira no quarto, como oferecido em todos os demais hotéis que nos hospedamos! Apesar de ter sempre a disposição no lobby do hotel! Estacionamento com manobrista cômodo, com pronto atendimento mas com preço elevado!
