Quarto limpo, cafe da manha maravilhoso, boa localizacao.

Cons:

O barulho do quarto que ficamos inicialmente era insuportavel. Pareciam que estava dormindo do lado de uma br movimentada. Pedi para trocar de quarto.

Not coming back.

Location is fine. Breakfast is ok.

Cons:

No elevators. This should be a top highlight for any customer who plans to stay in this hotel.
Staff ok, but very rude with a specific situation I went through. Air conditioning was not properly working, we had to press a button up on top of the machine to make it work (remote control not working). Very noisy rooms, not only the ones next to the street, but the ones inside the building, as the walls are very thin, so you can actually hear anything being said or done on other rooms.

La cama me encantó y la tranquilidad para descansar. Muy atentos en recepción,, aunque no hablaba au idioma ellos siempre me ayudaron y entendieron. Sólo un detalle con el baño, era demasiado pequeño, pero para el paso estaba.muy bien. El desayuno delicioso, muy limpio, rico, fresco!

Las fotos mienten. Son cuartos más pequeños, menos cuidados, toallas etc empaquetadas, solo una almohada, sábanas amarillentas, pasillos oscuros y poco agradables. Hall nada agradable.

Ótimo, mas pode melhorar.
Pros:

Era muito perto de onde eu queria ficar, tinha tudo que precisava, a maior parte das coisas estavam extremamente limpas, fui muito bem atendida!

Cons:

O meu lençol estava com mancha de maquiagem, e as fotos que tem no booking estão bem mais bonitas do que a realidade, o hotel é ótimo, mas não é tão chique como parece nas fotos!

Equipe educada, local limpo, café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Somente a localização do quarto que não foi boa, que ficava de frente pra rua principal, que é btte barulhenta.
