Pool was freezing. Pool had a pipe that sucked my hand and side in that almost broke a finger. Very dangerous. Reported to front desk. Hot tub was not working and needed after the marathon run. Blanket and comforter on bed kept sliding off. Was very uncomfortable. Room wouldn’t get cool enough. Toilet was stuck and continued to run. Not enough TV chooses or apps available to use. Towels were very small and stiff. Over priced for the stay. We travel a lot and was disappointed in accommodations.

Dirty sheets (housekeeping changed sheets 3 times) was super nice about it.
The kids night request wasn’t what we expected. The picture shows candies and popcorn for a movie night for $35 received no candy or drinks.

Once I finally got into my room, the issues continued. The shower did not work properly and there was no hot water, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. When I reported these problems to the front desk, the clerk laughed and seemed to find the situation amusing instead of addressing my concerns professionally. That response was very upsetting and unprofessional.
Despite the long delay, room issues, and poor customer service, no complimentary service or effort was made to resolve the inconvenience. This was especially frustrating since I booked two rooms and expected a much higher level of hospitality.
Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and maintenance responses moving forward.

I stayed at the Westin in Jackson,Ms on February 28-March 1st. Overall the hotel cleanliness was fine however several things happened during my stay that caused frustration and discomfort. I arrived a little early to check in and I was greeted by front desk staff asking if I was coming to check in, I replied yes ma’am. Her reply was “well rooms won’t be ready until 3pm” this was fine. I completely understood, however I felt like this could’ve been addressed differently. This was sort of like a backhand reply. I’ve worked in hospitality a few years and felt like this could’ve been scripted different such as, “I have no problem getting you checked in however since we have no rooms ready at the moment I wouldn’t be able to get you into a room until 3pm”. So 3 pm comes, rooms still are not available. It isn’t until 4 pm that I get to check in. I also felt like I should’ve been made aware of this when I I attempted to check in the first time. I expected to get checked in right away as I had 2 small children with me which were getting very agitated. We finally get checked into the room. Everything was fine, until I try and shower and there’s no water pressure in the shower or sink. I call down and was informed they had a water leak earlier and that this should be resolved soon. 2 hours went by. The water pressure built up a tad bit, but the water wasn’t even hot. Not sure if it was related but the “heated pool” wasn’t hot either. This was very frustrating and I expected SO much more out of the Westin. This was my first time staying here because I wanted a nice comfortable stay for my family, however I just didn’t get that. We traveled 8 hours to come here to not even be able to get a hot shower. Very disappointed to say the least!!

They don't have free parking. Charge you 28$ for a valet or ask you to park in the Street and pay the city park. Also breakfast is paid. Wifi is paid.
You have to pay to everything. Deposit is a good amount and take longs days to refund it.
Not good experience and wouldn't recommend.
