Overall disappointment.
Pros:

Free shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

Terrible customer service by Kayla upon check-in. Didn’t honor my room type, lied about it at first, bad communication skills (misrepresented something twice) and overall negative energy. Stained sheets, carpet, microwave, dirty floors, side table, etc — and hair in the towels along with a used toilet paper roll.

It’s a bit old but comfortable. There was a problem with key cards that was explained to us when we arrived and we were offered a complimentary breakfast for the trouble. Staff were attentive and kind.

It was in close proximity to where I needed to be.

Cons:

Overnight construction, creepy employees, key didn’t work entire stay so I had to be escorted to my room with waits, dirty linens, tv remote wasn’t working, main door lock wouldn’t fully lock, bathroom wall was dirty

Starting off from the staff at the from check in desk, this guy named “O” was very unprofessional the entire time, gave an attitude made us wait a good 30 minutes just to get us situated, also was very upset that The pool was Out Of Service, Doors Locked, I mean we pay for this amenity so it’s very frustrating having to deal with that was not happy at all.
