Pros:

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the building is in the middle of nowhere and the in-hotel “restaurant” leaves everything to be desired. The building is under construction as of Feb 2026 with construction noise audible in the building and both elevators out of order.

Was there and comfortable when I needed it, staff were very nice!
Pros:

Last minute stop due to flight delays, staff were lovely, bar tender made a mean cocktail!

Cons:

There’s not much around it, especially if you don’t have a car

Comfortable bedroom, very convenient airport shuttle.
Pros:

There was a networking event at the hotel restaurant and we got to go and dine with live music and free appetizers.

Cons:

The restaurant staff was very rude and there aren't those many restaurant options nearby. The floors in the restaurant were very sticky.

Pros:

The staff that I interacted with was very friendly, the meal I ate at the hotel's restaurant was incredible, and the room had many great amenities (including access to Netflix on the TV, etc.).

Cons:

I waited a long time for a shuttle from the airport.

EL desayuno estaba muy completo y la habitacion acogedora aunque en invierno es importante tener una manta extra, ya que la calefaccion no era muuy fuerte. Hacia un poco de frio.

Cons:

Llegue a medianoche y queria dormir, pero se oye el ruido de los carros de la autopista y las personas del piso de arriba - cualquier ruido que hacen. Casi no puedo dormir. Me cargaronn mas de lo que decia mi reserva de Booking y aunque mi esposo tenia gratis el desayuno y yo lo habia incluido por error en la reserva, no lo descontaron.

Stay Away - Crime Infested Area, Uncaring Management
Pros:

Crime infested area (Gunspoint). Multiple car break-ins although gated property (parts broken). I personally had my taillights stolen along with the truck across from me. Addressed management and also noted that after complaining the fence was repaired. Contacted corporate who again forwarded to management without a solution.
