Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was excellent. We stat here on a regular basis and its central to everything.

Location fine it wasn't wat we booked so we left early a day early

Great, central location. Great for a stop over.
Pros:

We needed a place to stay as we were going to a show at the Winter Gardens. It's cheap and cheerful, no frills, but the room was absolutely fine for what we needed. The bed was comfy and we slept well with no noise.

Cons:

We had to request more towels as only one each was provided, girls need one for their hair and one for their body. This was quickly rectified. The shower was difficult to get to the right temperature. It jumped from freezing to boiling.
