Atendimento.
Instalações: alugamos dois quartos e ambos estavam com mofo, camas muito ruins com rasgados e buracos, teto descascando.
Não trocaram as roupas de cama, e o Cobertor que era disponibilizado estava com mal cheiro.
Ar condicionado com odor horrível, o que resultou em não conseguirmos utilizá-lo.
Ficamos sem abastecimento de água, sem poder tomar banho ou ao menos escovar os dentes ao final do dia.
Pagamos taxa extra+taxa de turismo, na hora de sairmos tivemos que carregar todas as bagagens.
E não fomos um caso isolado, pois outras pessoas que faziam checkout no mesmo momento, também tiveram problemas com esse hotel.
Primeira e última vez que nos hospedamos neste local.

Excelente atendimento.
Pros:

Excelentes funcionários em todas as áreas. Café da manhã magistral, inclusive, com ótima área infantil no ambiente. Piscina aquecida, diariamente, muito bem tratada.

Cons:

Infelizmente (para nós, hóspedes), pegamos dias de conserto, reformas e pinturas de paredes internas do Hotel, mas paciência, "faz parte" do dia-a-dia.
