It’s in a good location
Everything is good at the property.
Very well laid out facilities with wide corridors and high ceilings. The faculties includes an expansive pool! Great restaurants and cafes. There is a shopping precinct within the hotel that includes a mini mart, and the hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall with access from the hotel

From the moment we stepped onto the shuttle bus until the moment we sadly had to leave, our experience was absolutely amazing. The newly refurbished property completely exceeded our expectations!
We loved everything about the vibe and the beautiful new look — it really gave us those **PNG White Lotus** vibes, and we couldn’t get enough of it! The fact that the property is also conveniently connected to Vision City made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
The staff were wonderful, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Honestly, we were so sad to leave and would have happily stayed longer!

We honestly couldn’t fault anything about our stay at the Sheraton everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, and we absolutely loved every moment of our stay; we were genuinely so sad to leave!
It was very nice at a great price
Easy private access for me as I'm in a wheelchair.
Feels different from Stanley Hotel. Staff kept talking about new management as if it was a bad thing. Not very friendly staff. Guards were getting angry with children playing at the poolside. The sheets were very dusty, the TV connectivity was not working. I couldn't watch Netflix. The food was average and expensive and we were accused of missing hand towels when the house keeping staff didn't replace them. How terrible!

Network did go on and off several times.
It’s elegant and modern looks.
A fire alarm went off and it was revealing that there was no fire warden and the hotel appeared least prepared for such an emergency.
