An honest review
Pros:

The staff were extremely professional and so hospitable! Super friendly and welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there because of the staff, they made us feel so at home and special! We were so grateful for their hospitality. We most certainly will stay with them again. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff!! They all certainly did their jobs well and deserve a good salary for their outstanding work!! Loved the proximity to the shopping area and the restaurants in the mall as well.

Cons:

Our room (1502) unfortunately had vomit stains on the carpets, the bathroom door knob was broken, the water from the shower spilled all over the floor when we used the larger shower head and lastly the smoking area beside the door was quite disgusting as the fumes from there totally enveloped the area as we waited for our shuttle. I think a much more suitable area should be allocated for smoking as that area is right beside the entrance and its quite stinky🤢😷
Apart from those issues. The rooms are beautifully made and the facilities around the hotel are clean and very enjoyable.

Good location, great pool and gym facilities, good breakfast but overall needs a good makeover.
Pros:

The pool, gym and breakfast

Cons:

The rooms were tired and broken, the shampoo and conditioner the worst I’ve ever used in a hotel, there was nothing in the kitchen to make even a cup of tea.
