Pros:

Overall it meets all my requirements for a good stay.
I could highlight two things, One was the noise from the club downstairs, even though my room was at the 8th floor, the constant music thumping was annoying.
The other, was, even though it was like a suite apartment, with cooking available, it would have been nice to have some coffee or tea available in the room.

Pros:

All staff were super helpful from the guards at the gates to the staff at the front desk. It was a great experience. The rooms were tidy and pleasant.

Excellent place, warmly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent, lavish breakfast buffet; very friendly staff; clean and light rooms with the latest furniture; timely airport pick-up and drop-off service; large outdoor swimming pool; ability and perfect organisation to cater to individual needs (packed breakfast) - congratulations!

Cons:

If at all I need to mention anything, these are the refrigerators that made a loud noise disturbing sleep in two out of two rooms I stayed in

Cons:

The booking did not interface with the hotel system. When in check in reception could not find the reservation eventhouugh I had the booking confirmation on my phone. The reception had to go back to reservation for the booking to be retrieved and entered manually to the hotel system, making me stand at reception waiting to find out what was happening

Exceptional Hotel - Great Service - Fantastic Coffee!
Pros:

The front reception and restaurant area is under renovation but the temporary check in area is fine to use. Friendly staff at FOH and nothing too much trouble. Doormen and bus driver equally friendly and helpful. A stand out is the coffee in the temporary cafe area just inside the entrance to the hotel. Arguably the best coffee I have ever had in PNG, and I travel a lot in PNG. Harriet the Barista makes a dam fine soy cap... that's for sure and if I was starting a cafe in Moresby I would poach her to come work for me. Don't believe me.. try one for yourself. Being next to the shopping centre there are many food options and shopping stores to make the wander through worth while. 10 mins to the airport a bonus as well and busses every 30 mins is a great service.

Cons:

The seats in the restaurant (temp one they are using during renovations) have very low seats and low tables.... annoying.
