Nice hotel but more like a 4 star facility.
Pros:

Nice staff, small convenience store useful. Location to shops good.

Cons:

TV reception poor. Band width was poor and didn't load many of the channels well. The screen had a constant loading symbol and or paused. When I asked maintenance about this they said sorry unable to do anything to resolve the issue.

Cons:

Guest Wi-Fi was less that 2mbps.
Roaming on 4G was also terrible but not your responsibility. Only noting as i normally stay in a pool side room and have never had issues. This time was the first time staying on the other side ( odd room number) and i could not do work in my room as the guess wifi was extreamly slow.

An excellent stay highlighted by outstanding and efficient housekeeping staff.
Pros:

The Stanley is currently undergoing a transition to Sheraton management, with renovations in progress during my stay. Nonetheless, staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and proactive in anticipating guest needs. Housekeeping standards were excellent, with the room maintained to a high level of cleanliness and amenities such as tea and coffee fully replenished. Overall, the experience reflected strong service standards despite the ongoing transition.

Cons:

Nothing notable, but a fresh tissue box would have been welcome.

The food was amazing. Service was fantastic. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
