Housekeeping will steal your belonging
Pros:

Stayed at Stanley a number of times, and have had numerous items go missing and stolen from my room. Have raised it with reception and emails but get no response. The rooms do not have safe locks. I would not recommend keeping anything in the rooms while you are away.

Pros:

We had a great stay, exceptional experience from start to finish. The room were presented well, it was clean. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help their service was exceptional from start to finish. My partner and I would stay there again on our next trip.

Farewell dinner at the Stanley Hotel
Pros:

My employer gave me a limited time to organize a farewell dinner, and we reached out to Sheba from the Stanley Hotel, who was very helpful far beyond our expectations. The dinner was organized in two days for a seating of 80 people, and the setup was beautiful and customized to fit the theme of our organization. They also assisted with organizing a band that provided world-class entertainment for us during the dinner. The food was delicious, and there was a good selection to choose from. Service was also top-notch; the waiters were on point the whole night. The location is also central was easie to get to. Thank you, Sheba N. and your team at the Stanley for an unforgettable night.

Good location if you need to access Waigani and directly connected to a mall with large supermarket and a few restaurants. The buffet lunch was good.

Pros:

The Location of the Hotel was fine and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Cons:

I had a double transactions deducted from my acc and when I called they referred me to the reservations section, at this point I am still waiting for my bank statements to prove the deduction was made after I checked out
