Will never recommended. What a waste of money.
Pros:

Location to Main Street

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness etc, sheets never washed (stayed over 2 weeks) pool never cleaned.
Cleaners would leave door open letting so many bugs into the room.
For the cost of the room the stay was terrible.

Pros:

Great staff, super clean property, and the room was perfect.

Cons:

Further from Phuket BUT lots of things including beaches at a walkable distance!!

Des scooters à dispo pour 200 baths/ jour c’est très pratique

Good stay, a little bit pricy for what it was but maybe a high season price
Pros:

Nice property in quiet location, fairly close to amenities but a bike is required to get around.
Very clean

Cons:

Air con leaked water everywhere but was repaired within 24 hrs and the wind on an evening created lots of noise with tin sheet roof somewhere which was very noisy and prevented me from sleeping. Shower head needs cleaning as water from shower head was poor.

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

We had a big spacious room & they were accommodating in adding an extra 2 days for us. We hired a moped through the owner which made our time in Rawai much better as I’d say you certainly need a moped to get around. The room was cleaned everyday and we were super happy.

Cons:

Only thing I’d say is that it’s a bit far out, but it’s also only a 10 min walk or 1 min ped ride to the top of the main road.

Not too bad but not fantastic.
Pros:

I like the hotel and it’s location as it’s very quiet of a night.

Cons:

The cleaners leave the doors open when cleaning so I was always chasing mosquitoes.

I stayed a week and the bed sheet wasn’t changed at all throughout my stay.

Pros:

Отличный, уютный отель хозяин отеля очень внимательный к просьбам, до моря пешком далеко нужен байк ну или машина. Джованни, помог взять в аренду байк недорого.
Кровать большая, Матрасы отличные.
Влажная уборка каждый день плюс свежая вода.

Cons:

Лично мне не хватило в нашей комнате в ванной крючков для полотенец. Большие банные полотенца после душа просто некуда было повесить.

Es hat in das Zimmer reingeregnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, die Türen undicht, man hört jeden Windzug. Einfach ein altes Gebäude, hat uns gar nicht gefallen
