Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Der Aufenthalt hatte viele positive Seiten: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben die Burgenland Card bereits bei unserer Ankunft um 09:30 Uhr erhalten, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück mit einer ausgezeichneten Auswahl. Auch das Servicepersonal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es dennoch in einigen Bereichen: Aufgrund der vielen Gäste mit eigenen E-Bikes war der Platz im Fahrradraum etwas knapp bemessen. Am ersten Tag konnten wir unsere Räder noch problemlos in einem Seminarraum abstellen und laden, am zweiten Tag kamen wir erst später von der Seerunde zurück und mussten die Räder im Freien abstellen. Die Akkus nahmen wir dafür zum Laden mit ins Zimmer. Insgesamt merkt man, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist; an der Außenfassade wäre ein neuer Anstrich bzw. eine kleine Auffrischung sicher sinnvoll.

Wir werden nächstes Jahr länger bleiben!
Pros:

Außerordentlich tolle Lage am Seehafen und nur ein paar Schritte ins Zentrum. Waren nur 1 Nacht in Rust. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Alles super sauber!
