Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Seehotel Rust und kommen grundsätzlich gerne hierher. Die Lage ist wunderschön und das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider waren wir dieses Mal vom Zustand unseres Zimmers sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was für uns grundsätzlich kein Problem wäre. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung des Zimmers deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war nicht richtig bezogen bzw. die Bettwäsche schien zu klein zu sein. Einer der beiden Polster war voller Schaumstoffklumpen und praktisch unbrauchbar. Außerdem fanden wir Ameisen im Bett, zahlreiche Spinnweben und Staubablagerungen an den Wänden und den Mahagonileisten. Die Balkontür hatte ausgebrochenes Holz, und sowohl Teppich als auch Vorhänge wiesen deutliche Flecken auf.

Schade fanden wir den Umgang mit unserer Rückmeldung. Ich wollte meine Beobachtungen freundlich an der Rezeption ansprechen. Die junge Mitarbeiterin war zwar sehr höflich, meinte jedoch sichtlich verlegen, dass es wenig bringe, dies bei ihr zu melden, und ich meine Anmerkungen besser über Booking.com hinterlassen solle. Das fanden wir enttäuschend, denn konstruktive Kritik sollte direkt vor Ort aufgenommen werden, um Verbesserungen zu ermöglichen.
Wir würden uns wünschen, dass das Hotel wieder mehr in die Pflege und Instandhaltung der Zimmer investiert. Das Potenzial ist aufgrund der tollen Lage und des freundlichen Personals auf jeden Fall vorhanden.
