Pros:

Чистый номер. В номере нет чайника, но на ресепшене без проблем дали чайник и посуду. Администратор очень приятный и доброжелательный.

Cons:

Было прохладно, ночью проснулась, что замёрзла.

Asukoht on väga hea. Kesklinnas otse keskturu kõrval. Personal oli sõbralik ja vastutulev. Iga mure võeti kui enda muret. Kohast tulenevalt olid peamised elanikud turul toimetavad müüad, kes elasid seal pikemat aega. Meenutas rohkem ühiselamut. See ei seganud . Vaikus ja kord olid majas

Pros:

The bedroom was clean and cosy, although a bit narrow: it was way better than the first impression you get of the hotel (people living with doors open, the place looking like 50 years ago - and not in a good way). The receptionist does not speak English but was very nice and helpful, and we managed to solve little issues with our reservation using Google translate. If you come by car, be aware: there's no free parking in this area of the city, and you'd better park directly in front of the hotel (you can go through the road fences) for reasons of safety. The hotel is very close to the market halls, and just across an evening outside market in summer, so even if you arrive late you can purchase fruits and berries.

Very close to bus station and close to old town. Room was clean and staff was helpful and kind. Not perfect but very good for price.

Not good for families
Pros:

The apartment was spacious.
The staff were kind and helpful, even though they did not speak English.
The location is right inside the Riga Central Market, which can be convenient for shopping and food.

The staff did not speak English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
It was hard to find the property, as there is no visible sign indicating the hotel or apartment.
There was a constant smell of fried food inside the building, which was unpleasant.
The neighborhood felt very dark and unsafe, with many drunk and potentially dangerous people around, especially at night.
Parking costs around €3, but it is exposed and does not feel very secure.
Finally, the bed was broken, which affected the comfort of our stay.

Ночлежка, детям и женщинам нельзя!
Pros:

Чистое белье и хорошие одеяла. Это , пожалуй, все. Съехали на следующий день, бронь была оплачена на 4 ночи, оформлен возврат за 2 ночи, но до сих пор деньги не пришли. Вообще, это противозаконно, я считаю, вводить пользователей букинга в заблуждение. Это не отель, а ночлежка, женщинам и детям там противопоказано быть.

Cons:

Это общежитие для работников рынка. Есть общая кухня, где не только готовят , но и распивают спиртные напитки. Стены картонные, все слышно, сплошной мат , агрессивные пьяные мужчины в течении ночи шарахаются по коридорам. Сам «отель» на территории рынка, в соседнем здании знаменитая рижская ночлежка, куда круглосуточно свозят бомжей и алкашей. После того, как их отпускают, те идут на рынок и соответственно просят/требуют/угрожают деньги для выпивки. Страшно выходить и из номера, и из отеля.
