Fiyat fayda dengesi uygun değil.. Temizlik yeterli değil daha dikkatli olunmalı.Sabun peçete yoktu belirtmemize rağmen gelmedi. Kahvaltı fena değil. yeterliydi.personel güleryüzlü.Böyle pahalı bir yerde odalarda en azından çay kahve gibi birşeyler olmalı. Park yeri mevcut.

Konum güzel, otel durumuna ve diğerlerine kıyasla temiz fakat en fazla 3 yıldız verebileceğim bir otele göre inanılmaz pahalı. Bu nedir mini barda bir su 7 tl olurmu? Odalar pahalı. Arapların bize getirdiği bir başka kazık. Kahvaltı parasına göre yetersiz ötesi

فندق جميل و نظيف وغرفه واسعة.
الخدمة ممتازة وإجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج سريعة.
الإفطار بسيط ومتواضع ومكرر لكنه مقبول.
الفندق من أفضل الخيارات في المنطقة لكن يعيبه السعر مرتفع قليلا.

Pros:

Otelden ilgiden ve alakadan memnun kaldık zaten gece geç geldik sabah erkenden de pokuta çıkmak için ayrıldık. Otel ile alakalı genel olarak olumsuz bir şey söyleyemem lakin aile olduğumuz için en üst katta mutfak ve restorant yanındaki odada kaldık. Saat 1 gibi tekerlekli servis aracı ile görevli arkadaş biraz ses yaptı ben uyandık. Buna dikkat edilirse otelde olumsuz birşey yok.

otele ulaştığımızda güler yüzlü bir karşılandık.daha sonra ikram edilen çaylarımız içerken tanıştığımız muhteşem çift ile güzel bir sohbetimiz oldu ama daha önemlisi meğerse otelin sahibi onlarmış çok güleryüzlü bir aile ve muhteşem personel .otel gayet temiz ve kahvaltısı harika idi.daha ne olsun aydere gitsem yine tercih ederim.

Experienced difficulty to prove that i paid
Pros:

Hotel management could not reach to hotels.com and was not able to check whether i paid the accomodation amount or not. They first implied that i should pay to them on check out. i told them i ve already paid to hotels.com. Hotels.com charged from me already. They said ok and "released" me. On the way back to home, they ve called me three times that they were unable to verify my payment. i m so disturbed and will be hesitant to use hotels.com for small town hotels. These kinds of hotels are confused about who is paying who after the other company was banned from Turkey to Turkey bookings.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Not in the heart of Ayder but comptetetively clean. So many middle eastern tourists are around which is very good for tourism. A bit crowded however. Still ok.

Very poor coordination Expedia and the hotel
Pros:

Expedia didn't process the payment (payment through expedia virtual card failed) . Expedia already deducted the payment from my credit card , I paid at hotel as well because payment failed

I send customer feedback since three days regarding this , and expedia didn't responded and neither refund the amount
