I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Rajpur Heights. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and provide a very relaxing stay.

Please maintain the rooms … as in today’s time no one would like to stay in the rooms which is not up to the mark.

Location of the property was excellent but the interior of the hotel was not up to the mark.
We upgraded our room to the top most floor. Those rooms were still ok … but initially the room offered to me was in a pathetic state
I suggest every one to if you are staying there then please ask for the rooms on the top floor of the hotel . Which is still fine… but don’t ever take the rooms in the basement.
I paid for 3 nights and also paid extra to upgrade for one night … but stayed only one night..

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The view...though hardly worth the trouble of everything else this hotel puts you through. Avoid at all costs.

Cons:

The property felt unsafe, with intoxicated staff, their friends loitering around, and guests screaming through the hallways all night. It is very poorly managed, with unprofessional staff and facilities that looked nothing like the pictures online. Cleanliness was abysmal: stained bed linen marked with oil, blood, food, and mud; hair in the food; and cockroaches crawling in the room. The mattress was ripped open with a hole, toiletries were cheap and unusable, and there was no kettle provided. No hot water. The room reeked of damp and filth, with a stench everywhere. Plenty of dust and cobwebs. The so-called “housekeeper” had no idea about basic hygiene, attempting to sweep away a spider with dental kits. The whole atmosphere was deeply uncomfortable, sketchy, and unsanitary. This hotel is best avoided at all costs. Shame on you booking.com for even listing them on your website - do your due diligence.

TV was not working, called reception and they send one guy. 15 minutes He tried to solve the problem but he didn't get, he left and another guy came and he also couldn't fixed it.. after 10-15 minutes I said you can leave if you don't know. He left.. major issues was so many Cockroaches..
