Pros:

The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more.
The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in.
We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.

This is an incredible property with incredible, accommodating staff! Ali and his team helped us plan out our time in Goreme, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Hotel staff helped us organize our hot air balloon ride, a sunset horse ride and even massages in our room.

Oteldeki herşeyden oldukça memnun kaldık. Çalışanların ilgilisi kesinlikle çok güzeldi. Otelin tarihi dokuyu koruyarak dekorasyon yapması çok hoşumuza gitti. Restorantı özellikle çok beğendik.Odaların temizliği ürünlerin kalitesi üst düzeydi. Ufak ayrıntılara bir örnek vermek gerekirse, çevreyle alakalı tavsiye verirken kendi restorantlarından hiç bahsetmeden tavsiye verdiler. Sonraki gün kahvaltıda, ne kadar güzel bi yer olduğunu gördük. Çevreyi gezmeden bile çok huzurlu bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz bu otelde.

Herşey cok guzeldi. Biz balayı cifti oldugumuzu belirtmistik. Bu yuzden Burcin Hanım odamızı upgrade etmiş. Tüm personel odamız ve otel gayet şık. Otelden çıkış yaparken Burçin Hanımin bize verdiği küçük hediyeler de çok sirindi.

Gerek çalışanlar gerek otel mükemmeldi. Hele ki kahvaltısı o kadar güzel ve özenilmiş bir masa hazırlanmıştı ki hayran kaldık. Çevreki bi çok otelden hem hizmet hem de konum olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Burçin Hanım ve Salih Bey, bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi. Odanın tasarımı,yerleşimi, aydınlatması, kullanılan tefrişler(duş, lavabo, wc, küvet, tv) son teknolojiydi. Odanın içi , hava aşırı sıcak olmasına rağmen çok serindi. Kahvaltı da teras katta, peribacaları manzarası eşliğinde çok güzeldi. Çarşıya gitmemiz gerektiğinde özel arabalarını dahi kullanarak bize hizmet ettiler. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Nevşehir'de kalmak isteyen , otel ile ilgili aklında soru işareti olan varsa kesinlikle bu oteli tercih edebilir.
