In order to complete the check-in process, guests are required to provide a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or an official national identity card.

A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available upon request for an extra charge of EUR 33. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged 6 months.

HOTEL CON BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO
Pros:

La habitación era grande y las camas eran cómodas, además tenía terraza, se agradece cuando tienes ropa mojada

Cons:

No tenía contratado el desayuno pero baje el primer día a desayunar y me pareció un precio excesivo 12 euros por un buffet libre de baja calidad, no había servicio de plancha y tampoco me gusto que no me cambiaron las toallas uno de los días

Clean basic hotel
Pros:

Not the most salubrious hotel but they do great salads and a fair choice of food which we enjoyed at every meal. The animation team were great and had lots of fun games for us to play. All in all we enjoyed our holiday in this basic hotel and we would go back.

Todo, la experiencia completa. El hotel está increíble, las instalaciones geniales, la limpieza exquisita, mención especial a la camarera de piso Ingrid que más profesional y más limpia imposible. En cuanto a la comida de 10, bastante variedad, reponían super rápido y platos super ricos. La paella que hacen es otro rollo totalmente, esta exquisita, las carnes en salsa también, el gazpacho bueniiiisimo y todo en general, el servicio de los camareros genial, tenían todo súper recogido y limpio. El cocinero Luis de 10, súper atento con todo el mundo y pendiente de que todo esté genial, súper amable y profesional.
La animación del hotel es de lo mejorcito de toda la costa, actividades durante todo el día en las que participaba muchísima gente ya que los animadores son increíbles y atraen a mucha gente. Fátima, Willy y Laura son maravillosos, realmente nunca he visto en un hotel de estas características que la gente participe tanto, se ría tanto y la pasé tan tan bien, la gente no quería irse del hotel a la playa para no perderse nada. Y la animación de la noche buenísima también, lo hemos pasado increíble.
