La piscina cierra muy pronto , entiendo también la postura del personal , pero a las 20:00?? Con la calor que hace ? Pienso que es un punto mejorable , también llevamos una consola para por la noche con los amigos , pero la tele estaba pegada a la pared con un soporte y el hdmi por detrás , contactamos a recepción para explicar la situación y no nos dieron ninguna solución ( que no se podía quitar la tele ) finalmente quitamos la tele del soporte nosotros y al irnos la volvimos a poner . Por lo demás todo muy bien 😊

Calidad precio sobre todo.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas.
La comida es buena
La animación super chula, tanto para niños como para adultos. Mañana tarde y noche entretenidos con los juegos
Y la playa bajando la avenida que tardas 5 minutos en llegar

La comida es buena, pero como en todos los buffet si estás más de x días pues hay poca variedad y te aburre un poquito
La piscina estaba híper caliente por la tarde, pero imagino que no podrán hacer nada..

Todo, la experiencia completa. El hotel está increíble, las instalaciones geniales, la limpieza exquisita, mención especial a la camarera de piso Ingrid que más profesional y más limpia imposible. En cuanto a la comida de 10, bastante variedad, reponían super rápido y platos super ricos. La paella que hacen es otro rollo totalmente, esta exquisita, las carnes en salsa también, el gazpacho bueniiiisimo y todo en general, el servicio de los camareros genial, tenían todo súper recogido y limpio. El cocinero Luis de 10, súper atento con todo el mundo y pendiente de que todo esté genial, súper amable y profesional.
La animación del hotel es de lo mejorcito de toda la costa, actividades durante todo el día en las que participaba muchísima gente ya que los animadores son increíbles y atraen a mucha gente. Fátima, Willy y Laura son maravillosos, realmente nunca he visto en un hotel de estas características que la gente participe tanto, se ría tanto y la pasé tan tan bien, la gente no quería irse del hotel a la playa para no perderse nada. Y la animación de la noche buenísima también, lo hemos pasado increíble.

Pros:

El trato del personal es muy cercano y amigable, siempre están atentos a las comodidades de los residentes. Las habitaciones son amplias y tienen mucho sitio de almacenamiento, la terraza también está muy bien. La piscina no es profunda pero está siempre limpia y el agua caliente, además hay mucho espacio para estar fuera (en las tumbonas y mesas). La cafetería y el comedor tienen mucha variedad de comida y bebida apta para cualquier paladar y gusto. Nuestro perro también estuvo muy agusto, y el personal de limpieza muy atento acomodándose a nuestras necesidades como dueños

Nuestra única queja es que hay pocos ascensores y hay que esperar algo más para bajar a comer o subir a las habitaciones
