Das Check-in-Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Poolanlage ist schön gestaltet und das Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch das hervorragende Frühstück mit großer Auswahl sowie die entspannte Atmosphäre des Hotels.

Cons:

Der Pool war während unseres Aufenthalts recht kalt, was allerdings auch am windigen Wetter gelegen haben könnte. Zudem ist das Hotel etwas außerhalb gelegen, sodass man für einen Stadtbesuch etwa 20–30 Minuten laufen oder das Auto nutzen muss.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit gutem Frühstück, aber deutlichen Mängeln bei Sauberkeit und Zustand

Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine entsprechende Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Der WC-Deckel war abgenutzt und ekelig – dieser sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, insbesondere für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das ein schlechter Zustand.
Der Zimmerboden war bei der Anreise total dreckig, sodass das Zimmerpersonal noch einmal putzen musste, da überall Schmutz auf dem Boden lag.
Die Liegen am Pool wirkten wie aus den 1980er-Jahren und waren bis auf die Stangen durchgelegen, wodurch sie überhaupt nicht zum Entspannen einluden.
Aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme mussten wir zudem früher abreisen. Leider hat man uns lediglich 2 von 6 Nächten erstattet, was sehr schade ist, da man schließlich nichts dafür kann, wenn sich der Gesundheitszustand verschlechtert.
Auch die Umgebung war sehr dreckig: Sowohl auf dem Weg zum Strand als auch in die Stadt waren die Wege von Hundekot übersät.

Amazing place, great staff!
Pros:

My boyfriend and I spent a week in this hotel and had one the most relaxing and pleasant experiences we had while travelling.

The pool is a perfect spot to relax and we spent hours there. The staff working at the pool are very polite.

The room is very comfortable and had a big balcony, I also found the decor very cool. Also, the BEST shower ever. Room was always cleaned spottlessly.

The staff is great, we mostly spoke with Anna who was super helpful and was checking in regularly to make sure we were okay. Location is good as it s a 20min walk to the centre, also the walk by the coast was beautiful.

We will be back!

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast.

Pros:

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Schöne, große Zimmer mit einer großem Terrasse. Auch das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Der lange weiße Strand ist einfach traumhaft…..

Cons:

Also ins Zentrum geht man zu Fuß schon ca. 20 Minuten. Man kann aber den schönen Fußweg entlang des Strandes gehen. Sehr zu empfehlen 😊
