Eine schöne Unterkunft. Sehr sehr liebe und herzensgute Betreiber der Unterkunft, waren immer super freundlich und haben einem immer weitergeholfen!!
Lage ist gut. Nur 2-3 min zu Fuß zum Meer und in den Shopping Straßen findet man aufjedenfall alles was man braucht!!
Auch Supermärkte und Freizeitpark in der Nähe, Top!!!

Cons:

In der Nacht definitiv zu laut, da Bars etc. am Wochenende aber auch unter der Woche laute Musik spielen und man alles durch die Fenster hört. Sogar mit Fenstern zu hört man alles. Aber ansonsten passt alles.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile tra ospitalità, mare, storia, cultura e sogni!
Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze di Natale e Capodanno al family-friendly Residence Millennium, nel quartiere Rivazzurra di Rimini, soggiornando per 10 giorni (fine dicembre e inizio gennaio). I padroni di casa, Domenico e Sara, sono sempre stati sorridenti, gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento era completamente attrezzato: tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era a nostra disposizione. La zona è tranquilla e accogliente, con la maggior parte dei negozi aperti nonostante le festività con la posizione di un punto di partenza ideale per passeggiate sul mare – da un lato verso il centro di Rimini, dall’altro verso Riccione – e per escursioni nelle splendide città circostanti (Cesena, San Marino, Pesaro, Urbino, Gradara, Montegridolfo, Mondaino, Montefiore Conca, Senigallia, Ancona, Jesi, Cesenatico,...In questi dieci giorni abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza ricchissima.
Consigliamo vivamente il Residence Millennium a chi desidera trascorrere vacanze indimenticabili sul mare, con una posizione eccellente e padroni di casa ospitali!

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Die Betreiber der Residence Millennium sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Dachterrasse ist super. Dort kann man richtig entspannen und man kann das Meer sehen
Die Rezeption ist durchgehend besetzt, so kann man sich immer Sicher fühlen.
Im Eingangsbereich sind 2 Automaten
1 mit Getränken und kleinen Snacks
2 Kaffee (der Cappuccino schmeckt super))
Preise sind günstig an beiden Automaten.
Parkplatz kann man im Hotel buchen und es ist ratsam dieses auch zu tun, da es ansonsten fast keine Parkplätze gibt. Vorteil der Parkplatz wird 24 überwacht.
Gerade für Familien ist es dort sehr gut geeignet
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nahe am Strand.
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.
Keine Beschwerden oder Kritik.

Відпочивали в Residence Millennium з сином 4 рочки. Все ідеально: від місця розташування до сервісу. До моря йти пару хвилин; на даху - відкрита тераса з дитячою зоною; поруч кафе, ресторани, магазини…
Доменіко (власник готелю) дуже привітний, завжди готовий допомогти у будь-яких питаннях.
Однозначно рекомендую!!! Для сімей з дітьми - найкраще місце!
Наступного року обов’язково приїдемо знову!

Perfect stay for families near the beach
Pros:

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a tidy building. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight — with a small playground, comfy sofas, sun loungers, and a pleasant atmosphere.

The beach is very close, and the 114–115–116 beach areas are perfect for families with small children. There’s also a shared laundry room, which is especially useful during longer stays.

Parking in the area can be challenging, so it’s worth reserving a parking spot in advance.

Our host, Domenico, was really kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this place for families with young kids.
