Comfortable hotel located just off the highway
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable and clean
Ample and spacious parking
Breakfast spread was ample and varied
There appeared to be much attention to detail (to my mind) to make our stay convenient
There was a fair number of cafes nearby and the Oakland Plaza was within walking distance
Easy access driving to the hotel just off the highway

A little pricier than I would’ve liked, but I was very happy with my short stay while in town to visit family.
Pros:

Staff was really good. My room key card quit working twice, but was easily remedied. Your breakfast offerings are varied, and very, very tasty.

Cons:

It’s Kansas City. It’s just the traffic issue and not any issue with your facility.

Great hotel and staff. Excellent location. Recommend for comfort and value.
Pros:

The management was outstanding! Very friendly and accommodating even for an unexpected extension of our stay. The staff from the hotel manager to the housekeepers were friendly, helpful, and polite.

Cons:

The breakfast bar could use a little more variety, particularly in the hot offerings. The food was always fine, but it got monotonous for us since we were there for a six night stay to visit family in the area.
