Excelente ubicación, el resto del hotel no merece la pena
Pros:

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación y el personal del restaurante.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy oscuras, como zulos sin ningún tipo de luz natural. La ducha se inunda y encharca todo el baño.
El personal de recepción no es especialmente amable...
No hay ni un lugar para leer un libro cómodamente. Además es muy ruidoso.

RELACION PRECIO - CALIDAD NO FUE SATISFACTORIA
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno, creo que fue lo único que me agradó del hotel, aparte de la ubicación, pero honestamente por ubicación, hubiera elegido otros hoteles que hubieran salido igual de precio pero mas calidad.

Cons:

La tina de la terraza no es privada, te ven los de otros restaurantes aledaños, honestamente es muy incómodo pues prácticamente los tienes encima de ti observándote, adicional se les pidió que la pusieran a calentar a cierta hora y se les olvidó, para cuando calentó, ya era muy tarde.
El ruido es excesivo incluso de su misma terraza/bar, pienso que deberían decidirse entre que, si es hotel o bar, para el costo de la suite junior la incomodidad del ruido es exagerada.
El piso de la suite estaba sucio cuando llegamos, habia como tierra y la puerta del baño es incomoda y poco privada.
No me volvería a quedar ahí, la relación calidad precio me parece no es la correcta, tampoco lo recomendaria.

Great Location near Plaza Santo Domingo.

Cons:

Extremely loud place. Restaurants on rooftop and adjacent restaurants and bars have loud music way into 1 AM and 2 AM.

Walls made of thin drywall, and you can hear all the noise for other rooms and hallways.

Hotel and Rooms are not 4 stars. At most, 2 stars.

Restaurant is understaffed and service was a struggle every morning .

Will not return and do not recommend .

Definitivamente la ubicación es muy buena, y lo fue más por la actividad que realizamos que los locales dónde teníamos que ir cerca de los lugares

Cons:

El hotel lo advierte, pero definitivamente hasta no estar se conoce la magnitud del ruido, no es un lugar para familias con niños, literal en las instalaciones tienen restaurantes y bares con música muy elevada, considero que para familias con niños o para descanso no es el más conveniente
